It's really not that bad. Frustrating at times, but not that bad.
Yeah, right after I posted that I managed to beat the entire story mode with relative ease. I hadn't touched it in a year since the first fight against Bison was so frustrating.

Got accidentally saved by the fact that Karin's V-Skill blocks projectiles. Found this to be neat neat.
Because they had a game update explicitly to add it to the game, and it's way too late for a 2017 edition.

Being late is Capcom's trademark, and that post from X-Kira was posted today, after the bundle was released.
There was not, they first did it w/ the Christmas content after people complained about the lack of one for Halloween.
That's what I thought. It sounds like the 2017 Halloween Costumes in that leak will be a bundle of last year's costumes too.

That's only cause E.Honda isn't in the game.
Thats saying something that someone playing him had to have given capcom some money at some point in order to play him at all. Not sure how many out of the total number of people still playing have bought character DLC though.

I've been trying to dabble in characters other than Karin but of the ones that interest me a pattern has become apparent:
-play them for a bit

He is free, just play the damn game and you will get enough FM to buy him easily. I never spent a cent and I have all characters, two stages and one color for Ryu. There were several occasions I didn't bother to play so I could have much more FM than I currently have.
