Walked into a Walmart and got one about 6:30 this morning, got one no problem. I've been to two more after and struck out.

What's the general consensus on picking one up at GameStop today?

Got my ticket, the Best Buy employer wanted us to wait around for 3 hours at first. After pointing out the ticket says it's good for 3 hours he said as long as we are back before 11, it's will be valid still.

Welp, in line now at Best Buy near WhiteMarsh MD just north of Baltimore with about 16 in front of me.
Sigh.

Still thinking its stupid to waste 2h of my life doing this, but when/if I get one in a few days it'll be something to laugh about.

Manager at Target @ Ann Arbor,MI took us in and let us check out early. Very nice.

About 15 of us for 40-41 units.

Nintendo stocking better this time.

Manager said we could come back and buy later in the day also if they still have them.

Getting off of my shift at 7am Mountain. Gonna grab breakfast on the way home and then line up at one of two Targets in town, one of which is literally across the street from where I live. Not sure what to expect in terms of lines, I really only ever got a strong sense of what demand was like for Nintendo products in my hometown -- where it was obviously very competitive and cutthroat. Amiibo seem tough in this town, Switch isn't too hard to come by anymore (still sells out, but seems more over the course of a couple of days rather than within hours)... Didn't try for NES Classic last year, but SNES is obviously much better stocked.

Guess I'll find out. Won't be eating my breakfast at Target, so I'll probably be showing up 20-30 minutes before open. If the line's less than or around 20 people, I'll try my luck.

In line at the Sanford, FL Target, just got ticket number 28, and they have plenty of tickets left. I failed to snag one at Walmart last night, so I’m glad I won’t have to stop by Best Buy or Toys R Us, too.

Checked at 3 stores around 6:30 this morning.

Wal-Mart was out of units, Best Buy and Target had lines 30 people long.

I have to work. This is ridiculous. I'm not waiting in fucking line to get this thing.

Ordered from 2 different websites and recieved both today. Thought about selling one but checking online they are selling for around 100-110 euros atm so I think ill just give it away as a birthday present to someone.

Got to target around 7am. There were about 20 people in line at that point. Line is about double that now. Manager just came out and said there is enough for everyone in line!

Tried a Walmart that opens at 6am, got there right before opening and there were well over 40 people in line. Apparently they handed out tickets, so my friend and her little sister went to a different Walmart about 15 min away. No one goes there and there was one guy in line and it opened at 7 am. I was 2nd in line. Aww yeah.

I don't like my friend's tv though, its got serious input lag.

I'm annoyed at Amazon UK, my order has always been scheduled for tomorrow but it began preparing for dispatch at the same time as people receiving it today, it's now been stuck in that state for over 24 hours whilst others had it sent last night. We're all receiving next day delivery, it doesn't cost any more money in delivery, they're just sitting on my order at this point.
