All made possible by Wario 64 and me happening to refresh GAF at like 11pm. Can't wait to leave work this evening.

How many hours did you spend on GAF through to have the knowledge of when and where you need to be to preorder? Your average person has no chance.
And yes, purchasing modded controllers 10 years ago with no line waiting or preordering is easier.
My Walmart order shipped. Whew.
Is it worth calling around to see who may still have them?
I get off work in the evening so I feel like my chances could be non-existent.
Not having to go through the hassle of aquiring one.
The August 25th oneOrder date?
Ok, I live in Nashville which has a treasure truck, but when I look in the amazon app I don't even see any snes classics outside of the ones the scalpers are selling. What am I missing here?
I mean people just want this for the collectible value right? It's a cool miniature snes that works.
Wanting to actually play the games has to be pretty low on the list as there are countless much easier ways to play SNES games.
My Walmart order shipped. Whew.
Walmart 8/25 order just shipped
I ordered one on BestBuy.com - easy.
I went to Gamestop and preordered one - easy.
Brickseek isn't accurate I'd say. Mine said my Target would have 12 left. I made it there and they told me it sold out in 30 mins.So If Target told me they restock for Sunday, should I expect to see an update to Brickseek Saturday night?

Nabbed one from the Treasure Truck in Houston. I never had one as a kid. I am feeling a little emotional about this purchase.

Just hooked mine up and hating the CRT filter. Ugh, just makes it a blurry mess. I just want scanlines![]()
For those of you in the UK, where is the cheapest place, and buy place I mean site, to buy an AC adapter in order to power the damn thing?
Thanks in advance.
Where can i just pre-order one just be added to a list? I am not in a hurry to get one. I can wait. I just don't want to hunt one down.
I just wish I knew if my Walmart order will ship or not. I don't care when it arrives, but I do care if actually goes through or not.
There are zero easier ways with current TVs to play SNES games with original SNES controllers. I still have my OG SNES, but it's a nightmare to hook up to my entertainment center because the composite cables output a signal that the receiver fails to identify half the time, which requires a manual refresh. Emulators require finding files and putting them in the correct places, which, while not hard, is certainly not easier than plug and play (and you have to use knock-off controllers). My purchasing process for the SNES Classic took less than 10 minutes, required no standing in line, no driving around to multiple locations, nothing that I would describe as more difficult than purchasing anything else. So, no, I don't agree that there are easier ways.
Oh, of course, USB modding a controller is vastly easier than buying a set piece of hardware that requires no modifications. What was I thinking?
Was able to get mine through Amazon Instant Pickup in Columbus.
My Walmart order shipped. Whew.

Everyone complaining about Treasure Trucks but literally every target/walmart/etc had a ton at launch this morning. lol
My Target order says it wont get here until next Friday... At least I have one coming I guess. Good Luck finding one out there GAF.
Can anyone clarify what the small SNES cart like icon that appears under the boxart for each game next to the 1P or 2P icon is meant to represent? It appears on some games like Super Mario World but not Star Fox or Street Fighter 2 Turbo.
I just checked mine. Still preparing. lol
Honestly don't know why I bother with Amazon Prime.
Almost 9pm and I'm still waiting for my delivery from them, best they could offer on the phone is "wait a bit longer and see what happens".
My problem is I dont trust them to be real at this point. Its like what are the chances of that Tetris DS cart being real? Too many clones form China.two SNES classics for an NES classic seems more reasonable due to the abundant stock available right now.
My Walmart order finally shipped, says it's arriving on the 5th. Kinda weird they don't send an email notification.
I believe that indicates the games that save progress. It appears to be a pencil writing on a SNES cartridge. Can anyone clarify what the small SNES cart like icon that appears under the boxart for each game next to the 1P or 2P icon is meant to represent?
