So here's what I think will be my final list of additions...

Adventures of Batman & Robin
Chrono Trigger
Ignition Factor
Ken Griffer Jr. Presents Major League Baseball
Killer Instinct
Mortal Kombat 2
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
NBA Jam (not sure if I should go for the normal or the TE)
Pilotwings
Sim City
Sunset Riders
Super Mario All-Stars

Add super tennis and add sim city again to be sure its on it.

I agree with Stumpy, not sure why they didn't put in at least 25 or 30 games in there. Tetris and Dr. Mario, Tetris Attack since the Super Famicom Mini got Panel De Pon, Final Fantasy II, heck maybe even U.N. Squadron, Gradius or R-Type.

So they can sell a SNES Classic Mini version 2 with 20 different games next year!

My order arrived from Target today. I can't believe all that time wasted at work, F5ing and script use in Chrome actually got me one. Got it all hooked up and ready to go, but I'll definitely need to get some extensions for the controllers to make life a bit easier

Not much to say yet, just wanted to express my excitement.

I'm still vaguely offended by anyone who chooses Sunset Riders over Turtles in Time. :p

I have zero nostalgia for Turtles in Time for some reason... Hell, I probably have more nostalgia for the Power Rangers game lol

FFS...I MAYBE have one more go at surprise pre-orders online for the N64 Mini, but a second version even with just CT I'd do this again (good to have a back-up console anyway, I guess...oh, see?! I'm justifying this bullshit again lol)

Maybe it's partly nostalgia, but I also feel Turtles in Time is probably THE best simultaneous co-op game on the SNES. I never cared about any other Ninja Turtles show/game/movie/property.

Got my order today from Walmart.

Never expected the order to be kept, but glad I got one and didn't even have to leave my home to search for it.

Turtles in Time
Chrono Trigger
Mortal Kombat 2
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
Actraiser
Aladdin
Tetris Battle Gaiden (localize this shit god damnit)
SimCity
NBA Jam
Sunset Riders
Uniracers

METAL WARRIORS, GOD DAMNIT

I'll take a stab at it too. My personal addition list would be:

Chrono Trigger
Sim City
Actraiser
Demon's Crest
Turtles in Time
Secret of Evermore (guilty pleasure)
Pilotwings
EVO
Harvest Moon
Pocky and Rocky
Breath of Fire
Lufia 2
Tetris Attack
And some Japanese games that never made it to America, like SMT2

For me it's all the good jrpgs and captain tsubasa 3-5.

If it had aladin and lion king then that too. I played them on the mega drive.

For me, SNES Classic is mostly a gift to my mom, who bought me a SNES as a kid, and used to play with me a lot. She never handled the move to 3D well and often talks about how she misses the old days. If I can add some games, I’ll be adding some of the games we had back then. Aladdin, Looney Toons, Clay Fighter, the Simpsons game with the clown... Well there is time before christmas so we’ll see how things goes.

The Mayflash adapter plus the SNES classic's controllers work perfectly for Tekken 7 (PC).
It even maps the d-pad inputs correctly, something I was having difficulty with on other controllers/adapters, including the OG SNES controller + RetroUSB adapter.

Feels great to play on, too. No input lag at all.

Anyone planning to put non-SNES games on if Retroarch gets ported again? I think I'm gonna keep it SNES-only.
I can't really fathom putting non-SNES games on. There are a million other PCs/consoles/set top boxes you can put emulators on. The whole point of this box seems to be having the proper physical feel for SNES games.

GBA if it runs well, they are kinda close to SNES games only anyways. feels right.

right now i'm waiting for controller extensions, it's not fun at all sitting so close, i can only imagine what the nes classic is like haha.. i'd like to get an 8bitdo wireless, but the one i liked doesnt come out to dec.

The worst is the Famicom Mini because the short, tiny ass controllers were wired in. I got it and played it once because it's so inconvenient in my setup. Just a collectors piece for me now.

Definitely recommend the 8bitdo stuff.

So after playing for a little while hitting reset causes my system to lose power and not to mention my suspend state that I was attempting to save. It seems to happen more often in StarFox 2 so I’ve played the game to the end three times and never got to see the ending. Also happened in FFIII.

Anyone else having this problem?

Faulty Switch, faulty joycons x4, faulty pro controller and now my SNES Classic. Time to send it in again. Glad I didn’t play too far into any RPGs.

Is plugged into a usb port or your wall socket?

Mine came in from Target today. I was not lucky enough to the the NES last year, but I was surprised just how small this thing was. Also quite light. I love that the controls seem exactly like the originals. I played Star Fox to unlock Star Fox 2 and gave that a try. I look forward to playing more of it.

My fiancee and I watch Game Grumps together, and they played Kirby's Dream Course, then got a custom romhack version of it from fans called Grumps Dream Course, e which they play regularly. Of course we immediately wanted to play Kirby's Dream Course, so we did. I had not played it before, I really love it and it's best with two players by a mile.

Grumps Dream Course is going on mine for sure. I own and love KDC so more levels is gonna be ace. =D

Here's wrong though. As previously mentioned he is confusing bits with bytes. SMW is half a megabyte. Although some games go as high as 6 Megabytes. So if there is 300 megabytes of free space you should be able to add a good amount of games. 80 was mentioned earlier which seems about right, depending on the size of games you add.

Maybe your house power wiring is faulty and/or cursed. :( Reset works perfectly plugged into a TV for me.

The vast majority are 2 megabytes or less. I think less than a dozen games were over 3 megabytes.

You can't, I'm afraid. Those are in a folder that is read only. The hack works by making copies of them to a new writable area, then setting that writable area as where the SNES Mini reads from. You can gzip the copies, but you're left with originals taking space too.

Ah, so one can't edit the box art then for the builtin games?

What power source is it plugged into?

Does this adapter work on a Switch by any chance?

I would love to port some GBA games to it. Specifically Wario Land 4, Advamce Wars, and Fire Emblem. But most likely I’ll keep it SNES only because I wouldn’t want separate folders/boxart of other titles on my system. I’m weird like that 😔.

Hi, guys. I really wanted to buy one SNES but I couldn't get one from pre-order. Then, I found a website that sells SNES, named noel-leeming from New Zealand. I decided to buy one from there but this website doesn't ship to the USA. I used to Shippn to get my baby from New Zealand. It is a really good package forwarding service btw. So, I took my childhood again yesterday :) I miss this fun.

I don't know why, but this reads like spam.

Oh, hello there decent framerate Starfox. This is in the built in emulator:

Code:
-boost-fx FACTOR Multiply SuperFX clock speed

wat?
pls go on.

Like the NES Mini emulator using HakChi, you can pass through command line arguments when booting a ROM. By using '-boost-fx 3' for instance, it overclocks the emulation of the SuperFX chip and Starfox runs a lot nicer.

As mentioned earlier, if you don't know, it's best to wait for the easy to use tools as it will show you how to use command lines better.

If you set --boost-fx too high, you begin to get garbled audio and other timing inconsistencies. Play around with it, sure, but don't expect too much improvement before things break.

Ah, so one can't edit the box art then for the builtin games?

You can, because you are now running them from a new folder. The old games are locked away in a read-only folder that no longer gets displayed, what you see with the CFW installed is a copy of those 21 games in a writeable folder.

Stuff I have added that works perfectly
Chrono Trigger
Sim City
Doom

Stuff I have added that doesn't work :(
Terranigma

I'm gonna get either the controller that comes out in December or the one that looks like a real SNES controller & wireless adapter.
None of those lists have Shadowrun or a Goemon game on them.
Mine's gonna have Shadowrun.

Chances are there was a problem with game #7. Try adding them back excluding that one.

And it seems that you were right. I had no problem this morning, it appears that the sumer carival 92 recca rom was the culprit. Sad I can't play it on the nes mini, but I still have it on 3DS...

Thanks a lot anyway!
