Reset Era will never last. It will not be capable of growing a community large and diverse enough to support the communities that have developed here and will die as the first users lose interest, same as any other GAF offshoot forum to include OA.

Yeah, they weren't ultra-liberal in their beliefs, just super hardcore into their beliefs. I've been on a forum with right-wing nutjobs who call every mass shooting a false flag and a literal communist or two. What I've seen here is a lot of rather normal people, just left-leaning in general. Some of them are, well, passionate. At the end of the day it is far easier for me to tolerate someone being an asshole for the sake of tolerance and diversity than being an asshole for the sake of bigotry and nutty conspiracy theories. And a textbook narcissist. That guy was fun to be around.
