In a bit of a hurry as I'm at work but I just want to be clear that I don't personally compare homosexuality with paedophilia, rather I was comparing how some Christians may feel about it vs something the rest of us can compare it with, ie something that feels seriously icky for both groups - perhaps I did it badly but the key was to illustrate that we should try to avoid forcing them to go against their beliefs (eg baking a cake with a pro-gay slogan or whatever). I'll try to come back to this later - your other point is valid of course and I agree that Jesus was about forgiveness, but one must also consider that people have been indoctrinated by fairly aggressive evangelical churches and thus their opinions may be coloured by that.

It was pretty clear to me that you were speaking somewhat abstractly and speculating on how a Christian may see the two as comparable to some degree, not presenting your own view. In my experience, Yoshi Yoshi is very literal, so his response is not unexpected (said with love).
 
He may or may not have interpreted it that way, but I just wanted to clarify just in case anyone got that impression!

Do you think children aren't separated from all criminals who commit crimes that require incarceration? These children simply have no one else family wise to go to. Is it the government's fault these people broke the law trying to illegally immigrate and had to be incarcerated? Should criminals get special treatment because they have had a child? There are consequences to breaking the law. The illegal immigrant parents are the true problems here who put their children in these positions.

ACA saved and killed. It just moved the killing from the lower class to the middle class. The lower class could get free medical while the middle class rates skyrocketed to provide it for them. Middle class medical was plundered and left with him premiums, copays, and upfront costs where now middle class families had to think of whether to choose going to a doctor and not being able to afford it or just trying to get by without it. ACA killed just as it saved. It just changed who was dying.

Funny, i was talking about this yesterday with my boss from work, she said someone told her these people want to be called something new

Example: Instead of saying "Hermosa" or "Hermoso" we should be calling them "Hermose" because that will be a neutral gender.

Both of thought this way too absurd, but its something like that.

Nobody threw up a fuss or screamed ''That's discriminatory!''

Probably because we were more focused on working than discussing theories that nobody IRL throws a fuss about unless you have nothing better to do.

Which in retrospect is precisely the secret message of that thread that @PKM linked: They are basically saying: ''We have nothing better to do, so we are looking for things to be upset over or that we can push a new narrative with.''

I wish they were atleast honest with their ulterior motives like that.

Kiwi also has users active on Ree and some do have missions aswell. One of the aspects i dislike about that though. There is no need to look for gotcha's on Ree as they manufacture, produce, label and send the gotcha's to the internet highway themselves.

Looks like everybody's favorite height-challenged fake black guy has been accused of some sort of sexual assault. I'm pretty sure I remember him virtue signaling that he was an "ally" and completely on board with the whole "always believe women" bandwagon. So is he believing his own alleged female victim? It seems not and has instead chosen to defend himself and claim his innocence. I, for one, am shocked.

I know there was a large group of people who were in a competition and had troll accounts and access to some established members from another site but I dont think this is one of them as it is too blatantly obvious.....and the op is not permabanned.....I think it was a honeypot thread as some of the more paranoid members were talking about trying to smoke these people out on the discord ....this thread would serve the purpose
