I'd give her body time. For your body to truly change after a dramatic weight loss, it can take about a year or more from the moment you reach your target weight.
Also, I wouldn't say she is done either; staying fit after being obese for so long requires a lot of discipline and it will take her years to suppress her bad habits effortlessly.
A lot of people lose weight, and then an emotional setback puts them back on the gain train. Learning to deal with those setbacks is a journey.
