Now, the shown footage is truncated, so it's possible Neil provides context. But let's stop for a moment and think about what he is saying here.
A game centred around the concept of a disease that only infects women would be misogynist, according to him. Think. Think about the absurdity of this notion. Today a number of diseases affect only women or women to a greater proportion. Are these diseases misogynist? Is uterus cancer misogynist?

Diseases don't and wouldn't select for women on an ideological basis, but rather on blind purely biological criteria. It is and would be just automatic chemical reactions taking their course.
Yet Neil describes the concept of such a disease as tantamount to "hating women" or "believing men are far better than women".
This is absurd. It's deeply irrational and a clear sign of ideological possession.
