It's never been a last-gen game.. not sure why you think that's news? It's not a first party game and MS never said anything about 3rd parties and last-gen.. and even beyond that MS recently said they aren't forcing even first party devs to release last gen.

I'd have to guess the PS5 is a mix of the 6600XT and the not shown here 6700. I'd say the XSX is a cut down 6800 due to the die size of the 6800 on it's own is 336mm2 and the entire xsx APU is 360mm2

Game wasn't even announced... It was announced on the Xbox may event and the only confirmed platforms are Series X and PC.

Yeah, reading more on it, it does seem third party. My mistake.
Edit: it is self published so I'd say its definitely third party but unlike Blair Witch there has been no mention of it being on other consoles. Time will tell.

So that dude is reporting a date of 6th of August which is two weeks from now, I'm not going to comment on his credibility but the date itself seems reasonable, we already know Sony are holding an event in August and the 6th drops on a *Thursday, if true we should get confirmation sometime next week.

We know Ps4 SOC appeared before the Series X SOC and got some major revisions.
So it makes sense they're behind in the feature set.
So the initial Ps5 SOC was based on NAVI and than later changed. I makes sense they could not change the design completely, so they got some RDNA2 features in, but the chip design is not 100% RDNA2
Could we say that either console has "100% RDNA2 chip design"? Or should we consider, based on evidence it seems (correct me if I am wrong of course) that they were both designed with RDNA2 as a basis and then customized from there dependent on the technical needs, goals and/or desires of each company?
It seems to me that the highlighted portion of your message could certainly be applied to both nextgen consoles for sure.

But in the end the way he worded it sounded like a future-tense thing.. "if one came to us".. not that anyone has actually requested that.

Have Sony had the PS4 demo units around fairly recently then? In the photo you can see Switch Pro controllers in the background so the photo is from the last 3 years at least, and I've not seen a PS4 demo station in a while!

So apparently RedGamingTech has gotten more inside information on the next-gen consoles, specifically PS5 and he'll be uploading a video in the next few days to reveal. Curious to see what it is.
Also there was rumours a while back when the PS5 heatsink patent was released that the PS5 will be using some sort of 3D stacking, Coreteks also speculated the same thing and believes "Big Navi" will also incorporate the same feature. What does everyone think?

They just get them to agree to exclusivity and then get free marketing.
