80's cartoon intros was an art form by itself. Most of the times they had much better animation and production values than the main episodes in order to lure you in. And the music was always catchy and memorable, for the same reason. I think this is lost now.

Holy shit talk about the good old days. Back when a man could wear a mustache in a cartoon. lol. Some of those I've legit never seen. Who sang all those intros? What a a weird job to have.

They could make a streaming network of nothing but the '80s and '90s cartoons and I'd be in day 0.

But I'm impressed at how much diversity was present even back then. Virtually every show has female and minority characters. And wow, toy commercial as tv show was in full effect

And man, I've forgotten those laser and explosion effects everyone used back then. I remember drawing big bubbly fireballs and liquidy lasers trying to imitate it.

MASK was the best, but also Pole Position was really good. I also loved Power Ranger's opening.

Lots of american cartoons made by Sunrise went to my country with their original theme, it's crazy since we usually remade the openings using new lyrics and a local singer.
