I think back to these people playing games when they were younger, seeing the news and hearing their mums and dads say how GTA caused school shootings, or how games were stupid and laras tits were massive triangles. They've basically turned into their parents. Worse versions. They think all the current batch of 13-18 year old gamers are worse than what they are lol. When in fact, most are playing shit like Fortnite, Fifa and Warzone.

I still find it funny that some games are super protected on ERA and people rarely REEEE about them. For example, I enjoy FFXIV - fun game with awesome music, amazing boss battles and interesting characters. Still, it's a product with some of the worst microtransactions I can think of and, not only that, there is a part in the story where it sexualizes what is probably a 14-16yo girl (Ryne) by having her in a skimpy Shiva-like outfit. That is Resetera. Even when they have their good points and stuff that you agree with, they have to mess it up. i do agree that these shots were unneeded and took away from the drama of the scenes that were going on.

Of course, lets all remember that this Mass Effect is being remade by current Bioware. I wouldn't be surprised if the game ends up being closer to Warcraft 3 Reforged rather than Spyro Reignited.

$1,000 for a couch is kinda almost the bare minimum these days though?

Our sectional was $3,000 and it's nowhere near high end furniture from Ethan Allen or anything. Which incidentally has unimpressive furniture for the price.

Same really. We got an L shaped for 5 and a seat and came to £2500.

Contextually $1000 will probably just about get you a mid range double mattress.

And no I am not rich. Theres a reason furniture stores offer 3yr free credit etc. Becausenits typically buying something decent and not the £300 couches you get from argos etc.

Not that there is anything wrong with them like, they serve a purpose but they are cheap and cheerful for a reason.
