The person really struggling at this point is EviLore EviLore .

We should all be supporting him during times of such epic struggles. The decisions he faces going forward would crush many a men.

The struggle not to point at all this and laugh ala Bale in American Psycho must be extreme. Such vindication doesnt happen often. I honestly couldn't have lasted more than an hour at best.

The decisions on whether or not to tap-dance on so many people's heads when they inevitably come crawling here over the coming months will be difficult to put it mildly. Especially those who so left so boldly before.

True to form as this event is big enough there's so many screencaps of him talking shit about other forums that he's on while also being on those same forums he's shit talking about. He's stabbing everyone in the back for the attention, glad he's perma'd here.

Speaking of Mountain Dew, it's pretty funny. When I was in the US between 2002-2004 I only saw Mountain Dew like 3 times as it was extremely hard to find. I think this trend came with veterans coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan as I've seen pictures of them with Mountain Dew cans made in Oman (there was a logo in one picture from a cartoon that showed "Omani"

Back in the 1980-1990's up to mid 2000's, Mountain Dew was extremely famous in Oman, some even call it "Oman's Alcohol" or "Oman's Beer" as it was the standard to buy for any friend without asking what he wants to drink. Then I believe after being supplied to US troops there came a time that had a radical change in taste, most noticeable is a big drop in sugar as it was very, very sugary. Since then, the fame of Mountain Dew has dropped and now more like Pepsi is the standard, but not even close to how famous Mountain Dew was.

It's ironic that Taysan of all people is using the rent free party line. I spontaneously remember he exists like every other month, have a hearty chuckle, and go back to signing PETA petitions to remove cock fighting from Ubisoft games, like a real man.
 
I had a lot to get through since I last checked this morning.

I'd feel bad for Royalan and Nepenthe as they're clearly facing a crisis of denial as their only source of meaning and authority that they will ever, ever have in this world has an obvious and looming end on the horizon - but like 99% of the rest of the mods there they are fucking assholes. Habitual assholes. Over the course of many years. Documented, grade-A, self-important assholes.

So I'll continue to point and laugh. Haha. It's also funny seeing some users trying to dunk on this forum, when they're the laughing stock of all the internet and just got bamboozled by one of the most spectacular grifts of the modern age.

All those big shot mods on Reeee are actually doing something they never did before...... communicating with their users. Some of them have been writing giant posts trying to explain themselves.

Since all the users and mods are in limbo until MOBA decides what to do with everything, suddenly the mods arent ban hammering people like candy even though that entire thread has so much mudslinging. I dont follow all the crazy shit at Reeee (like the entire Media Create issue but am happy some of you recapped it in bullet points as I dont want to skim through 50 pages there), but now all these mods are openly saying they make mistakes and things could be handled better when all the users the past 24 hours bring up over the top bans, the site traffic is going down, good users are bailing ship etc....

It's like the mods are finally manning up and admitting defeat in some respects.

Suddenly the tough guy mod image crumbles after their fearless leader walks away with millions not even leaving them a single stale breadcrumb.

Now all the users and mods can look at themselves what to do, as the over hanging MOBA cloud is slowing getting closer and who knows what they will rain down on the site. It can be big site changes, big mod changes, and Bjorn Mannerqvist himself might show his face as the new owner whose expertise is MOBA games and being a board of director on gambling sites.

On the plus side, at least you know the intentions of MOBA. More users and ad revenue. Their investors relation link even says so. So as crazy as it seems, all the anti-corporate views Reeee has, it's new owners are actually more transparent than their former owner who bailed ship with a money bag under their noses. So hopefully this will be a lesson learned acting like a mob of social do-gooders can bite you in the ass.

I think it's a brilliant exercise in how toxic their community is that they're finally doing what EVERY OTHER like minded group has been doing this year: turning on their own because they've run out of targets. It's happening on a meta scale now. Jennifer Scheurle, Twitter fools, now Era. To be duped hook, line and sinker into the very systems you screech out against, holy shit. It's *chef's kiss* Life has a way of being poignantly poetic.
