Yeah, I don't blame them. They actually have a pretty good record apparently. It's just hard to polish a turd and I guess they didn't realize it when they took Amber as a client.

Does Johnny seem a bit off today? Like he's a bit out of it and having trouble expressing himself. I haven't watched that much of this live though, maybe he's always like this.

Seems tired, I would guess too, he's probably not used to being up this early and talking on a regular basis, RockStar life.

Seems the same to me as his previous direct. Most of the funny clips you see on YouTube are him during cross by Rottenborn.

The way Ms Heard is looking at him right now is all you need to know how this relationship worked.....

Nah he's been like that from when he first testified at the very beginning of the trial weeks ago. He's just talks very slow which is going to be hilarious when they try to cross examine him. 😂

I mean...the guy has been through so much and his addiction problem is quite real...he could be medicated right now, who knows...but he wasn't this bad the first time he spoke a while ago.

He's stuttering and stumbling on his words quite a bit though. Even if you believe his side of the story, there's no questioning the fact that he has done quite a number on himself with alcohol and drugs over the years.

Nah I remember him talking similarly like this when the trial first started. He's probably talking slower now because he needs to talk within the context of the testimonies and evidence that has now been presented within the trial after many weeks. His team probably advised him to be careful so he's choosing his words as carefully as he can.
 
He literally sounds the same as his earlier testimony. He sounds the same he has in interviews his entire career - just multiply the stakes by 1000 and make the subject matter entirely focused around extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing, traumatic, personal experiences.

People speculating around the effects of his drug use sound like Dr. Nosferatu who testified against him. We don't know what, if any, effects they've had on his cognition.

Yes it's about to choose your words carefully and think before you talk! Also if I was the jury and compared both Johnny and Amber on the stand… I would have a clear idea who is the impulsive and "dominant" one…

Anyway from what I understand from American courts it's all about sending messages to the jury.. how you dress, how you speak etc. it's a system more based on visual impressions!

Reporter came by his own accord!
