Why are you taking the piss? Russian weapons are nowhere as good as western ones, sure, but they are deadly make no mistake - they killed between 90.000 and 110.000 civilians in Mariupol. They are a real threat and Ukrainians are responding to it.

We know that it was said that there would be a big push against Kherson, but we actually don't know what the plan was. According to intercepted phone calls the ruzzians are under immense pressure, all bridges are cut, and there's no efficient way in or out for them. This is not just an offensive, if nothing else there's huge importance in accelerate the wearing of ruzzian troops. All their rotations are now cancelled f.ex. So instead of a vacation they are getting pummeled day and night. We also know that Kherson was kind of a "diversion", since some of the offensives are also happening elsewhere.

Or perhaps, just think about it, the Ukrainians don't want publicised what's happening (as they have repeatedly said). And if Russia are taking heavy losses, well they aren't going to publicise that either, if their command could even communication that.
I'm not saying Ukraine or Russia have or haven't done anything. But no news means nothing.
