What question?
The real question is why don't you sign this deal with ABK or MS regardless of this going through?

You're coping very well. Good boy.Its not that serious bro...Its not my money or my company, mate. but sure Ill play along:
Hows this: *clears throat*
Oh gosh...its the end of the world...buildings burning everywhere....MS never got to buy a 70Bn dollar company with their money...what are we gonna do man! its the end!
hows that?
At least they are now free to put their business locations back to their original (and correct) places though.
Cloud gaming company that the cma are protecting
Yep. Protected them from E.E.E.Cloud gaming company that the cma are protecting
Love the avatarPlayStation is, by far, the biggest market of Call of Duty. If anyone in power puts personal feelings over the bottom line, they won't be in power for long.
Wow, what
Interesting to see how previously neutral persons are reporting on it
Yeah lets blow up people so MS can play monopoly freely.... ooohooo
I love the beauty of the CMA removing Sony from the equation only to deliver their fatality on the back of cloud.
Now I don’t have to read pages and pages of crying over big bad Sony.
You make one little joke...
I've already been admonished from the mods (to whom it may concern, nah, what's the fun in that), have you no mercy for an ailing warrior on a day like today? If you prick a green rat, does it not bleed? If you tickle a green rat, does it not laugh?
On Twitter they are still making this all about big bad evil Sony that is somehow bigger and wields more power than Microsoft.I love the beauty of the CMA removing Sony from the equation only to deliver their fatality on the back of cloud.

Don't worry, the Twittard and Discord derp/PR channels are working on how they can manipulate hit pieces to blame something on Sony as we speak.I love the beauty of the CMA removing Sony from the equation only to deliver their fatality on the back of cloud.

They're still gonna lol.I guess it's nice that they can't blame the competition for this.

What power do they have?
Any appeal will lead right back to the CMA, which will certainly be met with another "Fuck you, we've made our decision. Take it or leave it". They'll be running in circles. The CMA functions as its own court, it will drag on forever, cost potentially billions more and lead to similar outcomes reaching a dead end street. Microsoft underestimates the power the CMA possesses as an regulatory entity, especially in the UK, which is CMA's own turf. This is too big of a news. I had to let go of that Eva Elfie profile photo for a while.
Friendship over with Eva Elfie. Aaron Greenberg is my new best friend.

And yeah, they are only risking increasing their penalty to ABK. This appeal won't do any good.
I would expect every company that stood to gain from the acquisition is going to disagree with the CMA. It really sucks for them but maybe MS can still work on deals to bring Xbox/Game Pass games to those services.
Probably useful ammo in the appeal process.
Didn’t the CMA already hear from Boosteroid during this process? I am confident that the CMA was aware of Boosteroids stance prior to this decision.Probably useful ammo in the appeal process.
Big individual payoutsSad isn't it?
Considering the fact that they have seen and experienced first hand how games tend to turn out under Microsoft's management I can't quite work out why thats what they would want. Surely third parties would be better off staying third party if you want the best chance of experiencing high quality games?
But no, that's not what it's really about. That's not what any of this has ever really been about for them unfortunately.

- MLex says that only Sony and an undisclosed third party agreed with vetoing the deal. But the final report notes that four other third parties were supporting a block. A fifth said it would be appropriate if a behavioural remedy wouldn't work. Thanks to @gofreak for the correction.

No, the deal was about ALL Xbox games. So services like Boosteroid should still get all current and future Xbox games for 10 years. Why would Microsoft backtrack if their goal is to "make games available to more players?"Probably useful ammo in the appeal process.
