Well TBF, Dr. Lee didn't explain the validity of his data the best. Lee's data was real, based on extrapolating existing models with a long trace history, so the probability of his data being accurate would be very high.

i dont think the judge understands stuff like if someone buy a console just for cod, they are more likely to spend on other stuff on that ecosystem. removing a game from a platform takes away that revenue + other potential revenue.
