Ask the judge's son. If only we knew where to contact him?

Please don't harass the judge's son.
the judge's son:

The judge's son is busy examining her briefs.

I imagine that similar to her speeches with backing tracks, when Sarah Bond is riding there is porn music playing in the background.
I think Sarah Bond's cold dead expression is the most frightening thing about that photo.

Paired with her robotic delivery at Xbox's last show case I'm actually semi-convinced she's actually a T-1000. Wouldn't surprise me if M$ rebrand xCloud as Skynet when she eats Phil.

I'd forgive her in that photo. I'd be dead behind the eyes with that space cadet beside me too.

Why would anyone of sound mind be anxious about this unless they are financially invested?

Well, multiple reasons I guess. I'd wager that most people in the United States at least are financially invested in Microsoft either directly or through their 401(k) investing in index funds, of which $MSFT is a large portion. Some people are putting on arbitrage trades through $ATVI. And some people are just intellectually invested because they've been following along for a long time now.

That's probably why chloroform didn't work on her.

This acquisition is inconsequential to the price of Microsoft stock

The deal could die tomorrow and the stock price could shoot up

And Microsoft is only a few percentage points in an index fund

You can be invested in something without feeling anxious about it. If M$ manage to squeeze everyone out I'd happily just go back to pigeon shooting or whatever they used to do before Nintendo invented video games.

Okay, that's cool. Doesn't change what I'm seeing across Twitter and other sites covering the deal.

People say dumb shit on Twitter, news at 11.

I really hate how many of you post that shit here, it makes this forum worse.

Some of the twitter stuff posted is news, some is just shit. I'm guessing you talking about random "dumb shit" from idiots. Agree on that.

Yes the random "dumb shit" people say in comments of Twitter posts. It's incessantly posted here.

I don't see that shit anywhere else, it's like people are obsessed with the gutter trash of the internet here.

Stop posting it, and hell, STOP READING IT you fucking weirdos.

What posts on GAF are you referring to?

My latest priceless contribution to this thread I presume. I should've realised it's pointless before I hit post but to my defense, seeing dumb takes like the ones on that screenshot repeated countless times really makes me question my sanity.

Why would they invest in $MSFT or trust those loons at Blackrock, Vanguard to put your fund into garbage tech company when you could have long Exxon back in 2020.

Part of laughs at the thought she is trending pre-decision. But another part remembers when gaming was (allegedly) a niche hobby. We've come a long ways. Good or bad who knows. Long way though.

Gaming is undeniably big business now. Fortnite's runaway success blew the lid off and the VC money came pouring in and hasn't let off the gas since. No matter what happens with this acquisition the industry is going to see much more regulatory attention now that their gaze has been set up on it.

Is there a specific reason to think the decision is today? I think she suggested she was mindful of the urgency, but why are some people thinking today matters as much as say the 17th or 18th?

In the US most company-sponsored 401(k) or IRA providers only allow a selection of a couple of Index-tracking Funds and Target Date Maturity funds.
