They aren't getting 10 years. Only until 2027.
AH. I see.
5 years of all Activision titles or just 10 years of CoD.
Hell of a choice, haha.

I'm confused. How is 10 years of CoD + 5 years of all future Activision titles guaranteed on PS not better than just 10 years of CoD?
but cod wasn't not gonna be there in 10 years anyways.AH. I see.
5 years of all Activision titles or just 10 years of CoD.

10 years is a long time though, plenty of time for Sony to try and get acquired or plan out the sunset of the PlayStation division.
If Sony gets a 10 year lease on life and still fucks it up, that's their own lookout. MS gave them 10 years of life before destroying them, that's 10 years longer than the average MS competitor got.
Imagine thinking the regulators are right or wrong because of this.Oh.....so you think all these regulators got it wrong and this really does mean the eventual end of PlayStation?

It was never 10 years of COD + 5 years of all activision titles.
The 5 years of all titles was a previous offer that Sony declined.
but...they were not the ones in charge of "preventing" the acquisition. Regulators were (analyzing this acquisition to figure out possible anticompetitive anti-consumer effects). and this pressure is the one that force MS to make 10 year deals for everyone. What else would it be but capitulation on preventing the acquisition?

If GAF still exists in 10 years I'll be here. Let's see how this one plays out. Will you still be here in 10 years?
The first offer was only valid until 2027.>offer the whole activision catalog to sony

The regulators fuck up all the time. Imagine a world where Disney was allowed to acquire 20th Century Fox. Oh wait, that's literally the world we're living in LMAOWell yeah.....if this deal is going to have the massive impact you are predicting then the regulators fucked up. I think what you are saying is nonsense and obviously so did the regulators. Otherwise, they would have blocked this. Now we are getting the Sony is doomed warrior fan fiction. It's hilarious.
Hell if I know dude....
That is after owning marvel and Lucas. The regulators fuck up all the time. Imagine a world where Disney was allowed to acquire 20th Century Fox. Oh wait, that's literally the world we're living in LMAO
I guess that little vid did it's job because I'm intrigued by what the hell it could beCuck of the devil

And LucasfilmThat is after owning marvel and Disney.
They did.Well guess they fucked up again, huh?
Let's be honest here, Microsoft only bought Activision for COD. We won't be seeing Diablo 5 for like 10 years, and Crash or whatever won't give us a new one before 2027.>offer the whole activision catalog to sony

Regulators in the US is politics. And Lucasfilm
Disney owns 40% of American media now, regulators sure were going good there lol
Yeah and they'll keep fucking up when they let MS keep acquiring more publishers and studios. There is no place for an independent Sony after MS also owns T2, EA, Ubisoft, and Embracer. They must either sunset PlayStation or try to get acquired by someone as big as MS is that will acquire publishers and studios before MS does.Well guess they fucked up again, huh?
Hexen, Spyro, and a bunch of dormant Sierra Online IPs.What games are we expecting Activision to churn out between now and 2027?
A WoW expansion or twoWhat games are we expecting Activision to churn out between now and 2027?

Words to live by.

tons of BC content for gamepassJust looking at the last 10 years of games they have published, the highlights.

Destiny
Sekiro
Crash games
Tony Hawk 5 and Remasters
Spryo remasters
That's not what we are talking about, we are talking about games Sony will lose out on, not what is coming to game pass potentially.tons of BC content for gamepass
Andddd Sony signed that contract.like I told them to do. Told you they needed more then a oath, hence the signed contract.Yeah, that's not how that works. That would be Microsoft acting in bad faith to their word. They would be trying to get cute about the situation. They'd be taken through the ringer for it.
Yes. You know, those legally binding things that give you trouble if you break them. Just like swearing under oath to a judge. Which is even worse.

They will probably not get the Diablo IV expansion. It's going to be uncomfortable with the base game Diablo IV on PS but no expansions but this is the world regulators wanted I guessI think this idea that somehow Sony dropped the ball on getting ABK game besides CoD is silly, all things considered.
So, MAYBE a Crash Bandicoot game if Toys For Bob isn't kept in the CoD sweat shop. The last two mainline Diablo games took 10+ years to release. You're definitely not getting another in 5 years. Assuming Overwatch even gets a sequel, you're not getting another then either. That Blizzard survival game, assuming it isn't canceled? Like, what was lost here?
I'm not sucking your dick. Please direct such requests toAss of Can Whooping
They just released a Crash party game.I thought TFB were a CoD helper studio now.
Wouldn't there be current agreements about that kind of stuff?Couldn't it also be more about the content and future content of those games as well, rather than the games themselves?
