Design wise I've always like the Rathalos.
It's not the most unique or flashy design but it still manages to be recognizable while having that sort of quintessential cool dragon look:

In term of the actual fight though I thought Bayle from Elden Ring was fun to fight and looked cinematic as fuck

Fatalis in Iceborne. Design, Lore, actual fight, everything is jsut perfect.

I mean, imagine a dragon that hates human so much he nearly wiped them all out on his own and that stands on his hind legs just to mock you before it melts you on his scales as part of his armor.

They have some pretty controversial designs, they take different mythical creatures and animals and mix them with a bit of dragon design. =)

I will always remember Grigori as the Dragon that

For the record, I really did enjoy how it played it, as it highlights how delightfully absurd games can get despite cranking the dial of seriousness up to 11.

My favorites are all dragons in Gothic II and Gothic II: Night of the Raven. But the one I like the most in those games is Feomathar, the fire dragon.
