3 times a day seems crazy to me, even as a native of the Floridian Hellswamps. I work indoors though, I could definitely see it if you work outside, the humidity can cause some major swamp-ass as we call it down here.
During the hot months, the only time I go outside is to get to/from my car.

I take showers regularly, just because they're faster. But I've got a bathtub with jets, and usually once a month or so I'll treat myself to a nice bath, with a bourbon on ice, and usually have my Switch in there. (I've accidentally dropped a joycon in the water before… lol)

But this is where Japan has it down. You shower before you get in the bath and their baths are temperature regulated. None of this, get in and the water is 40 degrees in 5 minutes. The water stays a nice hot temp until you get out.
