I'll have to run the tests with my 8bitdo ultimate 2, but I've had minor issues with a lot of my 8bitdo controllers when using them with the Switch. The biggest issue is connection input buffering, where the Bluetooth connection will stutter or drop for a few milliseconds, and therefore your input will register to the console later.
I'd say it's imperceptible to probably 95% of people, but it's something that I've seen consistently across literally every single 8bitdo controller. And for what it's worth, 1st-party Nintendo controllers (specifically the Joy Cons) do this as well, but do a much less degree. And the Pro Controller is, by far, the best at mitigating Bluetooth input buffering.
