Looks impressive.

Am expecting them to pull this off with some level of competence compared to Cyberpunk. Its a simpler game compared to that I believe.

Cyberpunk must've completely ruined my trust in CDPR because I felt nothing watching this. And for the record I love Cyberpunk but that 2020 release was unexcusable.
Can't wait for the threads whinging about how if this game can run at 60fps on a base PS5 then GTA VI should be able to as well.

This looks better than GTA6 and it's 60fps on base PS5.

Absolutely unbelievable breakthrough.

Ciri looks gorgeous in the game. Game looks stunning.

I'm glad the UE team is taking the glaring performance issues that plague the engine to heart and focused specifically on this for this update. Hopefully it really does turn out great as in the presentation and it's not just marketing fluff.

In fairness CDPR has a terrible track record of overpromising incredible visuals in tech demos and then completely underdelivering by pretty much every metric.

I don't see Naughty Dog catching up to Unreal 5 this gen. Unreal 5 is a beast, despite everyone trashing it for some reason. That said, nothing about the Witcher is particularly impressive to me personally. I already have seen how good the engine looks in Avowed and Hellblade 2. Witcher looks like environments have the same type of hyper detailed photogrammetry stuff. Characters don't look great, and the color saturation is ridiculously overblown. Will look good, but best ever? No chance. I still think Ciri looks weird personally. Like a half cartoon. It's a weird hybrid art style. Maybe it'll grown on me.

They still don't want to show too much of the horse control, doubt it is even gonna be half as good as RDR2.
