I mean you cant just say hateful and evil shit and expect them not to hate you.The fuck?
I mean... it's true... he did argue against homosexuality by using the famous bible quote.
let's not act like people have to think this guy was a good person just because he died.

Everyone right now is frothing at the mouth for tranny blood, for no reason. This is the shit they have to deal with, all the time.
Never go full retard. Thanks for your opinion on U.S. politics. I would say that the hatred for conservatives is warranted in this country.

Quick reminder that the Russian propaganda accounts are out in full force. The ultraconservative guy from Texas and ultraliberal guy from Seattle that you see on Twitter may not be real people.
So could you be if you aren't careful. They don't only target the right wing.Joe Rogan inhaling that shit right into his brain right now.
This "They're all the same" stuff has got to stop. They all do the same stuff (correct) at varying degrees.Other right-wingers have used violence in the past and other people on the left have tried to talk, so the implication is incredibly biased.

Persecuting peoples sexuality and identity is bad, yes.So you're saying all Christian's are bad people because they are against homosexuality?
Persecuting peoples sexuality and identity is bad, yes.
Didn't have Stephen A Smith being the voice of reason on my bingo card, but he sums up my feelings to a T.
He actually comes across my Twitter feed semi-often giving reasonable and thoughtful takes. Just because he talks about sports most of the time doesn't mean you should underestimate his other opinions
I don't mind his character. Watching First Take with some coffee is how I like to spend my mornings.I've never really heard his other opinions. He's no doubt intelligent and eloquent, but I can't stand the character he plays in sports coverage even if I understand why he does it. It's too bad what's on display here isn't more noteworthy or profitable, but he'll have my respect from here on out.

is there a clip with the full context?I mean I expect the typical blue haired left wing two spirited trans penguin to decontextualize words just for the sake of it because snowflake, but an author like Stephen King should definitely be able to know what context is.
I'm a Christian and I would never persecute someone for being gay. Doesn't mean I biblically agree with their choices and whatnot but I respect their right to live their life how they want to. Your lifestyle is between you and God. Not you and me.Persecuting peoples sexuality and identity is bad, yes.
So you're saying all Christian's are bad people because they are against homosexuality?
The FBI is very incompetent...
If it's a hunting rifle, it might be hard to trace. Can't you just buy them at Walmart?
It's obviously a bible reference. But that's what fascists do, censor free speech and take words out of context to demonize the enemy. It's just as stupid as saying Hitler owned a dog, you own a dog, therefore you a Nazi…is there a clip with the full context?
Being "okay with gun violence" and "there will be some violence associated with the liberty of owning firearms" are two different things. You are trying to spin it - should we get rid of cars (something he mentions also)? It will reduce deaths.
Would you say the same about the Qur'an ? Or its only a Bible thing ? Just asking.no, I'd not say bad... I'd say stupid. Anyone who gets his values from a badly written book that in parts is thousands of years old and is often contradicting itself, is a bit, well... stupid. Like a child thinking it's super important which House in Harry Potter they'd be. Although, Harry Potter has less plot holes at least.
but also most people these days who call themselves Christians are (thankfully) not really Christians. they just use that term due to their cultural background.
my dudeWould you say the same about the Qur'an ? Or its only a Bible thing ? Just asking.
There's nothing Christian about persecuting peoples sexuality, no.So, Christian's persecute homosexuals now? How?
not surprised it was a leftist woke retard. they are mad that trump won.
Not only does no one actually know who the shooter is, the only picture of the lead suspect has them dressed in very pro America gear which is very much not liberal attire.not surprised it was a leftist woke retard. they are mad that trump won.
Quick reminder that the Russian propaganda accounts are out in full force. The ultraconservative guy from Texas and ultraliberal guy from Seattle that you see on Twitter may not be real people.
And "some" people don't see why the right come off as as hateful as the left?not surprised it was a leftist woke retard. they are mad that trump won.

Someone quoted the bible at him arguing it says that we should love everyone, he counter with "you know that in the very next chapter it says that men that lay with other men should be stone? Just saying..."I mean... it's true... he did argue against homosexuality by using the famous bible quote.

On the biblical stuff, because now we're drilling down into quotes that no one was talking about until 5 minutes ago; this is the uncomfortable truth.
Christianity condemns homosexuality and fornication. It promotes the most prevalent familial structure throughout human history.
It is the most dominant religion in the planet, and it's not even close. Islam and Judaism are varying degrees of being even stricter than Catholicism, which is the most popular Christian sect that aligns with the New and Old Testaments. People within these religions are varying degrees of devout or orthodox - but that's what they ultimately subscribe to.
And American Christianity is as permissive as it gets.
As for Kirk himself, he was no LARPing crusader:
Time to find some different channels.Channels that I watch are really going in on the conspiracy stuff.
Its worse. Its bleeding into real life. I was hoping it was just Internet crazies. But it isnt. Im hearing things in actual real life. The problem is that it's not just a few, it's hundreds of thousands. If X was still Twitter, it would dominate there too.
I don't know how to express this in the most effective way… but I believe social media (especially Twitter) played a critical role in this. So critical, in fact, that it could have made the difference between this assassination happening or not if Twitter didn't exist. I think this assassination marks the culmination of Twitter A + Twitter B: Pro–Cancel Culture and Anti–Cancel Culture. Theoretically speaking, Twitter C should use a more proactive AI. (Just like Metal Gear Solid 2 predicted)Social media makes you retarded. The more you consume, the more retarded you are. If it wasn't for the normies ignoring this shit no one would be alive right now.
As an aside, killing someone to suppress a message is about the most retarded thing you could ever do. I am American, never heard of this person and neither had my wife. Now both of us do. And when a normie watches a random video of this dude on facebook it is not exactly extreme shit.
I did look up the full context of the quote. He goes on to say that the attack was awful, but this is an empty gesture because he's basically making light of the attack in the same breath. I think I was 100% wrong to say that he was advocating for violence here. It clearly was not his intention, when I got the full context.
This is so well-put in so many ways. The US Politics has become an almost do-or-die thing with the rhetoric turned all the way up, and I reall ydo think it kinda started with obama being elected, starting some sort of a "race" war.. and Trump turned up that rhetoric to 1000% percent, and then the George Floyd things (among other stuff), then the rise of the BLM group which starting off melo then turned up to be a shit show of a group, which in turn give the other side even more ammo, then the Media gotta make some profit off of it, and it just snow balls, from there to the election being a fraud thingy, russia or no russian collision, lock up hillary chant, trump a nazi and racist chant, January 6 insurrection shit, then come the icing on the cake , which is the hamas attack on Israel land, and then go from Israel retaliation to now being considered a genocide. Oh yea right in between that was the Ukraine, russia war whiich became an far right to far left thing on who to support or not to support, to finally the unfortunate stabbing in the subway that now became a political tool even though it's clearly some mental disorder shit just like the school shootings that have been happening over the decades.I didn't know anything about the stabbing until I looked on the murdered guy's twitter. He was trying to make it a black vs white thing on twitter, especially in the last few days, basically trying to rile up a race war. It's clear that the black guy has mental illness. Dunno why people have to drag her being a political prisoner of Ukraine into it, the black guy didn't know that, but now republicans are suggesting dems are flip flopping about caring about Ukraine over it. Meanwhile, Trump poops on Ukraine all day.
This whole thing is sad. This thread is filled with so much hate and finger pointing. I avoided the whole gaf/era drama and stayed on gaf, but you have people in this topic who immediately run to era to see what they are posting. Why? The them vs me mindset of US politics bleeding over onto a videogame forum because everyone's own side is the just one. Can't wait to point out what awful thing the other person said, can you believe what they said? People in this topic asking how they can dox posters on a spinoff gaming message board.
If he's left, does it make a difference? Does it bring back the democrat that was shot on her doorstep by a republican? Or make it even that republicans celebrated and mocked the death? If he's black, does it make a difference? Does it change the fact that the stabber had mental illness? If it's a false flag, does it change the fact that the world is run by billionaires that couldn't give one iota of a fuck about any of our well beings?
Absolutely wild to me that gamers can navigate a Hideo Kojima videogame plotline but not be able to identify hateful ideologies and agendas, public manipulation, etc without being swayed in either direction by an internet video, tweet or shitpost somewhere. Meanwhile billionaires on a yacht or a bunker just trying to enjoy a lacroix while we are on the verge of civil war.
It's a sad world and the people that actually live free and hold the power would probably wipe all of their own countrymen off the map to retain it, regardless of party affiliation.
