The mod is not 100% complete but i did what i can without loosing my mind/health :)
If you have some money to spare(donation) i will provide a WISE link on moddb's mod page.
(Its not a payed mod!! moddb doesnt allow it and i wasnt even planning to make it so)

Expect some stuff to be missing from the mod whether from lack of compatibility(post processing effects).

me loosing patience with the extremely terrible performance ( lag )in the toolkit(part of which is the weak CPU- I7 6700k)
example:some bathroom mirrors will look weird/spherical so all of them are not replaced.
There are also minor culling problems(geometry disappearing under a certain angle\or going into a different part of the map
(some experts in MaxED2 would probably be able to make a mod(s) to take care of that along with removing some in-game lights that are not needed ,or distracting)

Feel the same with this as the shiny rainy roads in GTA 4 mods. Art direction is lost in these mods.

The problem is that they are slapping the best lighting model to games that were never build to support it, so the materials simply don't react to lighting the way they are supposed to.
 
I spent HOURS on OG Xbox replaying the part where Max busts into a high-rise apartment, and there's that one guy out on the window cleaner platform, playing with the then-novel Havok ragdoll physics.

Throwing a nade in a perfect spot to launch a different guy out the window in slow-mo. Seeing how many different ways they'd fall and knock over paint cans. Good times.
