The Ubisoft company will officially announce earnings results for the first half of its 2025-26 fiscal year on Friday, November 21. This follows a delay of their release, as well as a halt of trading last week. With the scheduling of this release, many eyes will be on Ubisoft in expectation of a possible major announcement this coming weekend.

Ubisoft announced the new schedule for its H1 2025-26 earnings results in a press release from its investor relations website. According to the company, it will announce its earnings figures "no later than before the opening of trading on Friday, 21st November 2025."

Such a bizarre timeframe. You announced after the trading ends for the day, not before it opens. I really don't think that they are so stupid to get the bad news out, tank the stock and then go for a LBO.
