Not one game in particular, but just the whole vibe.
The big robot/monster/creature that's actually friendly and bonds with the main character over the course of the story.
The whole juxtaposition between the happy cartoony corporate messaging with some dark twists that everyone is dead or the corporation is evil (or both)

I'm not saying it looks bad, I just find the entire concept a bit unoriginal. But if the gameplay is really good then it's a non issue

I agree it looks fun, but this has been done various times before in numerous ways. Still though, in for sure.

I kinda assumed Red Thread Games was over, which would've been too bad because I liked Dreamfall Chapters and Draugen, but also their own fault because they made Dustborn lol.

I hope this turns out to be good! The graphics aren't super impressive, but some of the weather effects and stuff look nice, and I like the concept of having to walk in the shadow of this giant robot.

Sort of gives me similar vibes to the Gerudo Desert in Ocarina of Time.
