The last 3 weeks have just been fucked. This is the least free time I've ever had in my entire life. I haven't even put up Christmas lights, let alone a tree.
Work is killing me, but I just need to get through the next few weeks. Lend me your strength.

Bought a food dryer after enjoying a lot of Jerky in Vietnam, Batch 3 marinating rn.
Batch 1 went bonkos, I derped and had the measurements wrong which made me buy less stuff than I needed, used too much vinegar to have the meat covered.
Batch 2 was cut too thin or I left it in for too long, went all crispy - still amazing jerky but not exactly what I was looking for. Forgot the brown sugar too so it was a bit more on the salty side.
Batch 3 is gonna be a winner, I can feel it.

Thank you, that gave me a right old chuckle. Full grown men behaving like they're on the rag is hilarious. Mods shouldn't have locked the thread though imo, just ban the culprits for a month, until their time of the month has fully dried up.
