You add the game you're playing and then select which platform you're playing it on, and which storefront you bought it from. Switch 1 and Switch 2 are separate in there, so I'm guessing Switch 2 games don't have enough players on the HLTB platform to register in this list yet.

It's why PS2 is still on there. People are still playing and recording their playtime on PS2, adding it to their profile/catalog/etc

Took a look at game stats on there. The only Nintendo exclusive game in the HLTB top 10 for Switch 2 is Metroid Prime 4 at #9 with a split of 85% NSW2 vs 15% NSW1. The next is Pokemon A-Z is at #13, and the split for that one is 75% NSW2 vs 25% NSW1.

The only other Exclusives on there are DK Bananza at #23(all NSW2) and BoTW at #25 - that one with less than 1% on Switch 2.

I don't think there's been enough NSW2 exclusives to make a dent on the platform right now. Especially with the price of the system.
