Because it's a Sony game? Why did you predict Sony would publish it on PC?

Pretty much me. Like sony games and hardware. Hate their "fanbase". They were making petitions to capcom, to stop the porting of DMC to the 360 in 2007. Most are europeans or south americans. Who just play fifa, is the weird part.I purchased it for Death Stranding 2 and other games. I dont regret it, DS2 looks insane on the Pro. I probs wouldnt sell it to be honest as id keep hold of it just to jump on what's coming when we have hard dates for Wolverine etc.
Unless they went up in price and I could guarantee more or less the same I paid for it.
Ive always played on everything but PC has always been my main platform since HL2 steam account creation. if games start coming 6 months after launch like this is looking to...I could probably wait for them. Dunno.
As for being a warrior, I realised a while ago its not that I dont like Sony, ive had every playstation device outside of PSVR2 and Portal, it's actually that I hate their hardcore fans. The ones that think they are owed every game to be on their platform day one and would boycott games when they didn't get them and refused or continue to refuse that any other platform is a relevant platform for people who just enjoy games and not warring. Those peeps that say "Nintendo is Kiddy games" etc
Ive got loads of serious Sony fans on here that I respect massively and genuinely enjoy engaging with and I think its because they clearly own other platforms like switch and PC but prefer Sony and Sonys games / platform. Thats awesome to me.
Its those other weirdo's ......
Who's alt are you, anyway?
>That game published by Sony has no association with Sony!Kojima is 2nd party and DS Ip is now owned by Kojima. Kojima is the one calling the shots since he bought DS IP. This was expected. Even DS1 DC was ported to PC and xbox. But I doubt if there will be a xbox port due to low number of sales of Ds1 DC on xbox. PC number is not that spectacular for DS1 Dc but decent, so ports for pcmr is justified. I love this game. Very beautiful and generational type of game. Epic in scale and addictive, but I admit the sales was bad. If it was good maybe it will remain exclusive or at least a much longer time exclusivity. Well enjoy pcmr. Its very beautiful on ps5 and ps5 pro, let see how it looks on a very expensive rig.
How was this game anyway, now that the launch honeymoon window has settled.
I'm about 140 hours into it at the moment and still only on chapter 8. Returnal was my favorite game of this generation, but Death Stranding 2 may have surpassed it for me. One of the best expriences out there at the moment imo. I recognize it's not for everyone however. But if you get really sucked into it like I have, it's totally engrossing. How was this game anyway, now that the launch honeymoon window has settled.
I mean it definitely is coming but I wouldn't take a laptop as proof especially since Kojima seems willing to whore himself out.Its def coming

First Look: The Asus ROG 'Death Stranding' Laptop Looks Like It Fell Out of a Kojima Cutscene
Equal parts lore and hardware, the special-edition ROG Flow Z13-KJP references the hit game with cryptic slogans, military-chic design, and a special suitcase. Take my money!www.pcmag.com
I completed the first one, but it kinda felt like a chore. How different as a game is this compared to the first, same mechanics in general? Anything streamlined? Fat trimmed? Lots of improvements? Or basically the same game?I'm about 140 hours into it at the moment and still only on chapter 8. Returnal was my favorite game of this generation, but Death Stranding 2 may have surpassed it for me. I loved DS1 so ill give it a go at some pointI'm about 140 hours into it at the moment and still only on chapter 8. It feels the same mechanically to DS1, there's no drastic changes from the first game. Order delivery can certainly be streamlined now in comparison to the first game, with more options at your disposal to deliver large quantities of items at once, such as the new monorail system. But honestly nah, I wouldn't say fat was trimmed. There is a ton of game here being offered.I completed the first one, but it kinda felt like a chore. Awesome. Not sure if you tried the first one, but if not I'd say just go in with an open mind and you might get surprised. It will take some time at first to get familiar with the mechanics and systems, but you will learn more as you go along. This is good to read. It's my next AAA game to play after I beat Expedition 33.
Oh if you loved DS1, I'd say DS2 is an absolute no brainer.I loved DS1 so ill give it a go at some point

Yep, you get it my dude. If it clicks with you, the gameplay loop is so satisfying. Completing orders, raising your star level with porters, unlocking new items, experimenting with the items to see if it improves things or how they can be useful, repairing the roads, getting approval likes from other players online. I love putting on music and just getting in the zone, and then every once in a while getting interrupted by some wild story sequence. My man. I feel you. Around 100 hours and chapter 6 so far. It's pure comfort food for me. Love it. I can totally understand why people would hate it, but if it clicks!

It does still deteriorate, but now you can upgrade the roads on top of building them, which gives a number of added benefits. After you've built a road, you can contribute materials to upgrade the road to a "level 2" version, which puts a holographic roof overhead that blocks timefall from touching you or your vehicle, significantly increases driving speed on the upgraded section of road, and slows down the deterioraion rate so that it doesn't have to be repaired as often. Is the road maintenance still deteriorating while offline? That was one of the worst mechanics for my ocd since MGSV...
Wasn't the antagonist called Dick Hardman or something?
Almost as good as Hot Coldman.better,
Die Hardman
Lol, Kojima is such a nutter.better,
Die Hardman
you will get rewarded for ignoring everything about this game, trailers includedEven the additions in Directors cut was enough for me to replay the game again. DS2 more or less being like DS1 is fine with me.
I have managed to keep myself 95% blind to its new content. C'mon steam machine get released already, I wanna play this game.

We are at a similar point in the story, but everyone who has completed it says the final chapters are completely insane, so I'm really interested to see where it goes.
Nice, man. I haven't even gotten into the zip lines yet to be honest with you. I've so far mainly focused on building the roads and some of the monorail system, and driving around with my custom Pickup Offroader. But I have used a few zip lines that were put down by other porters and indeed, the ability to bend the trajectory line of them now is a very welcome addition. I'm sure I'll need to set up a system of them soon because I'm starting to trek through the mountainous snowy areas where traversal is rough. My man!
I literally spam so many likes on my fellow porters structures. I genuinely feel that other high level porters feel the same as me. Little by little we keep on keeping on to make the world a better place.
I don't care if it sounds corny but I genuinely adore this franchise.
Just setting all my zip lines up now. I love how you can bend the traversal line in number 2.

I'm the same as you though, spamming those like as fast as I can for other users until I feel the burn in my forearm lol. It's nice to be generous with them, because it feels good to log in and be hit with a ton of them. I also like the new social strand feed where the porters and crew members send you updates about what's going on with them.
Nice. I'm about 50% through with the first part. Looks amazing on 21:9 display. I guess it's gonna be out by the time I've finished the first one.
