When the girl said you're going down. I'm sure there was a good joke there where the dwarf could have said no, you're going up (instead of down).

So are dwarfs nearly as strong as normal sized men ?

Couple those blondes were good looking. Too bulked up for me, but if they became more pin up doll bodied than fitness buff, they'd probably be solid 9/10s.

I wished the dwarves got into proper battle costumes.

Just saw the battle at the end. It's win win for the guys :D

Some types of dwarfism only really affect the length of the long bones, so musculature and the torso is not really any different. So with training, natural talent, and some PEDs they can be quite strong, accounting for their shorter levers. Others would have more significant spinal or pelvic issues that would limit their strength for sure.

This gives me the same type of satisfaction as those old Jerry Springer episodes where they would do the paternity tests and the guys would dance around and celebrate in front of the kids when they weren't the fathers.

Sometimes I just need some trashy tv.

Also props to the guys for winning despite being heavily disadvantaged by most of the event selections.

Is it harder for a giant woman to complete a rep, given they have to cover more range, and their levers/fulcrums are longer? The big (diminutive) dawgz are obviously strong, and having them compete head-to-head with the giantesses makes sense, but I wonder how having similar muscle mass spread across smaller area and not having to go as far plays a part.

The women are lifting the weight a longer distance, so that is a bit more work, at least for some of the exercises.

These may also be bodybuilder women, not power lifters, so a fair amount of that muscle hypertrophy may be "show, not go".

But in general tiny dwarf men do not dominate powerlifting competitions so the shorter length of their limbs is not a major benefit. But in pure weight based categories the middle weight categories are often the most competitive because there is a bit of bell curve effect where too tall or too short limits the amount of muscle you have by weight. But for raw lifting power, I think most of the "Strongest men" have been very big as they need a giant frame with lots of muscle/mass.
