There are already big changes in Sony, and they learn there lesson about exclusives, I think there will be no more PC ports for 1st party. If there is, maybe after three years, but I think Sony has change strategy when it comes to single player 1st party exclusive, so that they will not alienate PS owners. Anyway we shall see, but im sure it will stay exclusive for a long time.

Man, Sony announced Death Stranding 2 a few weeks ago. And yes, it's a first-party game (at least Sony treats it as one). A proper Sony studio is also handling the port.
I really don't understand why you'd fool yourself about that, because it's pretty clear they're not changing anything about porting their games to PC.

I tried Spider-Man, and it just never clicked with me. Never gave 2 a shot either. I don't know what it is about it, I loved Spider-Man growing up, but something just missed for me. I loved Wolverine as a kid too, so hopefully this will actually click, but I really don't know if it will. I feel like it'll just be Spider-Man gameplay for the most part, albeit with its own differences and more gore. But the core elements will be similar cause Insomniac.
Eh, probably just not for you, like it wasn't for me. Doesn't mean it's a bad game, it's just not for you.

I can tell you that the game is gonna be "gory", but nowhere near the gritty,realistic violence of tlou2 nor the ultra violent details of a dying light the beast or dead island 2 where you literally smash enemies faces with eyes and jaws hanging in the most gruesome way.I didn't think Sony had the balls to make this game super violent and the trailer was pretty gory so....

You are gonna see cutting limbs, people cutted in half, his claws going inside someone head, probably seeing his muscles and bones when he is hurt and he is healing and all that type of stuff, which in theory sound more violent than what you see in tlou2, but we know that extreme violence can have that cartoony feeling like the fatality in modern mk games, tlou2 violence was more subtle but far more disturbing because it looked more grounded.
Hopefully i'm wrong but i don't see insomniac pulling a tlou2.

I still think what we saw was just early pre-Alpha placeholder assets, since the head looked stitched on down to the pixel lines around the neck. She won't look like the Gamestop Ma'am like those assets showed, I hope.
I guess we will find out soon enough this spring.

Except for all youtube videos, State of Play video, gameplay reveal...there's no mention of other platforms.
The game just had its wishlist links announced and only PS5 version was mentioned.
If more versions are releasing where are they? Tba later? Which Sony never did?

I agree. Mostly because ports of games 3-4 years old were selling the same or better of ports coming out within a year. However, I bet Wolverine and the next Spider-Man get released within a year on PC. I am sure it is in contracts with Disney to do that. I don't think it is up to Sony to wait

It won't be more gory than the goriest game of all time. TLOU2 is unparalleled in that regard. Wolverine is still a Marvel comic. It won't have gritty realism of TLOU. It would not be in line with the character or the comics

Tlou2 is far less gorey than a lot of other games that have much more dismemberment or hittable zones etc.
It's how they present their violence and the audio design that does the trick.
I don't see wolvy matching the grit and realism and audio design of tlou2 nor reaching the most gorey ass game on the market, maybe on purpose like you say, it's probably gonna be gorey enough for people who don't make comparisons with other gore systems.

Anyway I expected this release date, they know that November and December will be about GTAVI so in this sense this also confirms that internally Sony is planning things around GTAVI.
