Is there a lore reason why I press play on steam but i cant play? is it broken?
Did you find a Play button in a drawer? If not, you need to go to the Greenhouse on the back of the mansion, drop that sack of pesticide on the fountain tank to kill the zombie tentacle plants and grab that green sucker out of the drawer. 🧐

Lol the opencritic downvote the score because a mistake from the spanish level up review
He gave it a perfect 10 score

But iis seems like 1/10 :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Nah, fuck that. 70$ games should be at minimum 20hrs, unless they have a very high replay value. No reason this game shouldn't be 25hrs long with two very different play styles
For the die hards like me the ones that hit have a lot of replay value. Even Village that was a mixed bag still got a lot of replay for me.

10 hours? Roughly the same length as RE4 my ass. Highest budget the series has ever had, and that's the best they could do? 5 hours per character? :/

EDIT: Thank god Leon seems to dominate the story and gameplay. That's what I was hoping for.

Just saw that myself. I feel like this "mistake" has happened a few times. Not necessarily the same site, just that I've heard something similar before with other games.

Will hop into this at some point after Ninja Garden 4

The only thing holding me back is the amount of puzzles

I don't want her gameplay section to be 80% fucking puzzles

Only 10 hours is also great news.
Just like the good ol ps2 days
Quality over quantity. Hope this starts a trend

Don't need a damn 30 horror game

I am not saying there is no replay value, but I thought this would easily be the longest RE game ever. It is a very big dissapointment that it is one of the shortest

Village took me 20h, I find playthroughs on Youtube under 9 hours.
How long is Silent Hill 2? Re 4? Re 7? OG RE?
Requiem is in line with the rest of the series.

Very cool. Can't wait. The only media I need to see on this is in my email today: GameStop: "Your order is on the way."

(Which probably just means "label created.")

I didn't watch or read any of them just going in as blind as possible to make my own conclusions.

Question I have is:

Is it really 30-40 hours long like one rumor stated a while back?

If it is that's an incredible score tied to that length and keep the game interesting that long but also means replays may not be for me in the future.

It'll be 25 for me as I spend 15 hours getting the PC settings just right.

RE4Re was supposedly 15+ hours long and yet it took me about 30+ to finish it on hard on my 1st playthrough.

These short playing times mentioned are either : A) people that rush through games on easy or normal and B) in-game clock not counting reloaded sections/deaths/attempts etc etc.

Heck, people said that RE3 Remake was 5 hours long and yet, it took me about 12 hours to finish (in game clock showed less though).

Same with Cronos the new dawn, took me about 25 hours on my 1st playthrough on hard (another game which was supposedly very short).
