I'm a big DF fan but lately I wonder if they are sneaking in some advertising bias into the videos. This looks great but comparable to PS5?! Hmm....

I was shocked when i saw that like the difference is massive yet they are telling it looks the same.

I don't think they're blind. Pretty much every statement that they made has some qualifier in it like better than expected or all things considered.

I get that DF has some bad takes, but this really isn't one of them. They added multiple qualifiers after saying they look equivocal, and they're right.
It's impressive how close the Switch 2 version is. The only two major differences are its obviously blurrier on the Switch 2 with limitations of the weaker performance DLSS version, and the hair looks a generation worse. Otherwise, impressive how close they got the lighting, and texture resolution differences also not vast.
PS5 looks better, but Switch 2 users didn't get a bad port.

I guess not enough PS5 clicks anymore. Need more "anger" manufactoring online as they can't do that with Xbox anymore.

They made one statement where the switch version was sharper than the PS5... everything else they said with a chuckle, almost laughing at the switch, even when giving it credit.
I think you're way over-analyzing this and might be a little emotionally triggered by a Nintendo.

I'll never forget when Tom was comparing Genshin Impact and said they are the same even textures and it clearly showed better textures on PS5.

I mean they never mention how much better ps5 IQ is in motion. they were painting it like they are extremely close.

Isn't it better to be pointed out and discussed and either squashed or confirmed rather than lost in that thread?
I have no real interest in switch 2 performance bc I don't have one. But it would be upsetting if df showed bias.
