Actually- last time we tried to do a Gaf mixtape we had a ton of beats submitted (upwards of 30 i think actually) and only 1 got rapped over :/

Radioactive was a disappointment for me but I don't think it's as bad as lasers or whatever. It's a decent album it's just not the Yela I was hoping for. Shady fucked him up. If this was Trunk Muzik 3 then we'd be talking top 5 album of the year. Still....I think it's better than Cole World at least.
Summary: Eschaton and kam spit the truth.

Cole World was better for the fact that it was the album Cole wanted and was true to his style. Yela's debut was good, but it wasnt what anyone expected and seemed obviously influenced by the label.

I give props to Cole for sticking to his formula that he gave the fans previously, but I didn't like the album as much.
Eh, I think we all knew what that was, at least those who were already fans of his. Simple Radio song meant to get sales. It worked. Yela tricked everybody by having his first single be a banger and delivering an album that wasnt like that.
Fair enough. I liked Radioactive too.

Added in Rittz, some southern stuff, and Random Axe later, but these are pics that were on my phone. Eventually after making it to 115 I started crossing things out to try and make it to 50. Then 50 became 25. That's where I am now.
Edit: Oh yeah and somehow Spitta entered the picture when I made it to 50. I tried to do this all without looking at library BTW.
Ah right on. I grabbed that mixtape off your roundup recommendation and it's definitely one of my favorite of the year.
