As I said, I don't advise it since it's frustrating but there are a lot of series that just keep the action moving much more logically then others. I would have expected more scrutiny from battle fans ITT though since it really is the heart of it all. Bleach gets that sort of treatment at times.

Very true. I don't read HSDK for the action but at times there can be moments. As of late though, it has been all over the top frivolous fighting that doesn't have the tension of say the Apachai fight. That is accompanied lately with loli, bare-ass, and 1/4 pants. So I'm not sure what to make of it.

I like the over-the-top fighting (so basically every fight involving a Master-class) but, yeah, it's not really the draw. Though, the Apachai fight was great. Likewise, it's not really about the fanservice route it's taken now with basically mostly naked everything. And if they're not at least half-naked, they will be at some point during the fight as this is one of the few mangas where clothing isn't indestructible.

Just kind of enjoy HSDK just for itself and for the eventual ending.

A bit late on reading this this week. I think it was a great chapter overall. I started to feel a bit bad for Mammon. Stuck with Xanxus who seemed to not even be concerned with the fight must be horrible. Spanner and Shouchi were awesome additions even if they did not anything in the chapter.

The promo pages almost made me think it was getting more anime episodes. Im still in the future arc though with Shouchi revealing the plan, awesome episode. I wish it was truly long running.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised they haven't really even acknowledged that. I mean yeah they were monsters, but the guy has kind of made it his mission to not hurt humans. I mean I was expecting a breakdown once he found out he had been killing humans this whole time, but instead he just goes "too much work" and kills the remaining ones.

The Demon Fist was looking for a new disciple ever since his last one lost to Kenichi. He was going to make that wrestler chick his new disciple originally but changed his mind to making Miu his disciple. That's why he abducted her. He is having her brainwashed so she will obediently because his disciple. Kenichi and Sakaki are trying to save her, only those two could go because they can't afford plane tickets for everyone.

Seems like one plot line to me.

I figured that with Shirahoshi now the 'ancient weapon' we might get her revealed possibly in the future, but I wasn't expecting it to possibly happen within one chapter. Caribou listening in on the conversation, and Big Mam convoys showing up, who wants to bet we are going to get a pirate vs Marine vs Strawhat situation where people start fighting over her? This arc more then ever feels like a Thriller Bark, Jaya style arc, where its just the start of something much larger. Wish it got to this point quicker but things are finally looking like they are picking up to something much bigger.
