We got 3, count em 3 panels of Ichigo fighting Ginjou. We didn't even get the "classic yet predictable" Getsuga Tensho. How was that a good fight scene? You guys may think i'm a Bleach hater, but even Bleach's of old (Ichigo vs Grimmjow, vs Ulquiorra, vs Byakuya... hell mini fights like Ichigo vs Renji and Ikkaku) were leap years ahead of that fight. I would think that having Ichigo's powers would let him put up a fight, but cmon -_- even Ichigo vs Gin (2nd) was a ton a better, and it lasted 1 chapter and a half.

Also you're straight up trolling if you think Riruka protecting Ichigo was anything hamfisted garbage. There was no build up, she protected him because of "plot.":
.

I guess I was caught up more in the fact of how cool the fight artwork appeared versus the content. Like I said, it was likened to that of a filler fight, the ones that look cool but really dont add any content to the storyline and this one, and its swift conclusion, followed that thinking. Even I wouldnt compare it to my top two fights in Bleach (Ichigo v Grimmjow, Ichigo v Ulquiorra) or any other fight in the Arrancar saga, the suspense and intensity during that moment of Bleach is different than this post timeskip arc. Really, it was just one of those, close your mind and gaze at cool characters in cool artwork type of chapters.

But I will say I think there was some substance to Riruka protecting Ichigo, she didnt even harm Rukia in that fight, so it showed that she just wasnt really cut out to be an antagonist.

I'll let the pictures do the talking - NSFW.

It's not an H-Manga but the overabundance of fluids and tits may confuse the reader. Ridiculously trashy.

Akio Kosato is well-known by the girls in his school for his skill in creating "love potions," though he himself receives no romantic attention. That changes when a mysterious girl named Chidori appears and gives him far more attention than he ever wanted. It turns out that Chidori is Akio's long-forgotten cousin, and there may be much more to Akio's family than he realizes.

One of the first series to have a volume deemed "harmful" under Tokyo's Bill 156.

Fair enough. I still disagree with that Riruka bit, but I can somewhat see where you're coming from (i just wish it had more buildup / we had insight into her character)

And even if BB goes get ridiculously powerful, wasn't it mentioned he doesn't really know how to control his power or something? Even if he has powerful fruits he may not be able to control them all well. I just hope OP doesn't end up with some super powered DBZ type fight towards the end where one character can do everything.
Along side not knowing how to use both powers, I wonder if he can use both simultaneously. Like maybe he has to take some time in order to switch between the two or something similar to that.

Because he always says the opposite of what one's natural reaction is to reading Naruto and Bleach.

It'd be like someone posting pages and pages about To Love Ru's deep characters and complex plot.

i have a theory. caribou knows about shirahoshi being an ancient weapon. caribous men are waiting for him at the port. big mom might be on her way to fishman island now. big mom might end up crossing paths with caribou and crushing him. in order to spare his life he tells big mom about shirahoshi being an ancient weapon. big mom takes shirahoshi as payment for fishman island not having her candy. luffy can't do a damn thing about big mom taking shirahoshi. jimbei joins luffy so one day he can free her. i don't want big mom being luffy's ally. he already has one in shanks and the remnants of the whitebeard pirates.

I honestly never even thought about it. Having not watched the anime since the end of Impel Down and not rereading the Manga, all I remember is Sengoku stepping down government / marine story wise.

Aokiji was never a fan of Akainu and his "Justice" ever since he did that shit at Ohara, plus you could add what he was doing at Marineford until Shanks had to step in. So i could see Aojiki not wanting to work under such a person and maybe enough to part ways with the Marines.

As for BB the fact that he's taking other abilites has now gotten very interesting and i expect people will be waiting for Oda to explain cause its seriously breaking some established rules of the world.

Cousin? time to check this out then :P

You can't stop the future Pirate King lol

As long as he isn't eating the extra fruits, it's not actually breaking established rules.

i think most of the blackbeard crew will be given a devil fruit except for san juan wolf. Shiliew will most likely get the 2nd strongest DF. hell i wouldn't be surprised if blackbeard hunted down aokiji and killed him off and passed on his df to Shiliew. aokiji has to be a target of blackbeard now that he isn't with the marines.

It's fun to see a bunch of stuff we assumed a year ago (Akainu=Fleet Admiral, Blackbeard=One of 4 Emperors) confirmed. Thanks Oda.

Also, drugs are bad mkay.

Bleach: C

What? Uh, okay. Why couldn't the fight scene between Ginjou and Ichigo have been as good as the fight scene between Byakuya and Tsukishima? That shit was really epic and tense, and made sense. This shit was just boring. I'm thinking what Kubo is trying to do is have it so that the conflict between Ginjou and Ichigo is not about the fighting between them, but about the plot.
Ginjou is no where near Ichigo´s level that´s why.

Naruto: D

Well, fuck you Kishimoto. You show me a badass color page of the only badass character in this no longer badass fucking manga...and then you don't even hint at him in the rest of the chapter. Fuck you Kishimoto.

Sasuke Badass? Since when? I honestly asking. Because in every foght in part someone saved his ass. Against Diedara Manda saved his ass, against Itachi, Danzo, the kages, Tobi saved his ass. Actually the badass character were in this chapter. Kakashi and Gai.

As for BB the fact that he's taking other abilites has now gotten very interesting and i expect people will be waiting for Oda to explain cause its seriously breaking some established rules of the world.

More like uninteresting and boring. That means there is no limit to how many DF he can eat. What makes BB´s body so special that he can take more one DF? And he should only be using one DF at a time. And no, not eating a DF and having its power is not good explanation at all.

*Assuming BB is actually taking the fruits*

Now this would be very interesting since it gives his crew DF powers, they can still hold their own normally, and BB can nullify their DF's with his if they attempt to try something funny.

And thinking about BB's DF if he touches someone while they are in the water wouldn't that make the person able to now swim?

Oda even made the drugs stick to his "no killing a character unless really nesscessary" policy.

So what are your credentials for art? You've taken drawing and anatomy classes I assume?
I don't have any credentials for art but yes I have taken classes on the subject, but I don't claim to be an artist. I'm not sure what your point is though as that doesn't invalidate my criticism. The problem with Kishimoto's art is very clear and straightfoward

Hunter x Hunter

All this politics and voting crap is boring me to death. Just get it over with already.

Killua got outplayed nicely. All this planning and preparations and he still ended up getting surrounded.

HxH
The voting stuff is really boring me. Also I don't really understand it. Sometimes Togashi's explanations (or their translation) just completely go over my head, like some of teh stuff they were doing in Greed Island...anyway, more Illumi and Hisoka being awesome is a plus. Looks like shit is going down next chapter!

Then not only the whole "can't eat more than one DF" be not true but also their is no limit? Ends up having more questions.

Thanks you 2 for telling me that HxH is out

Edit: HxH

Killua got played into Illumi's hand and i guess Hisoka's mission was actually both (deal with the other Blimps and the Hunters sent).

Next chapter :/

Eh mysticwhip TnJ is a subtle way for Naruto haters to express their hate. Don't take it personally. I mean to me, its a humorous inside joke, so to each one's own.

The Kyuubi finally warming up to Naruto after 16+ years of living inside and the circumstance (the war arc + the fight with the bijuus) = bullshit.
Riruka suddenly joining Ichigo & friends = totally acceptable.

One of them is a mass of pure hatred while the other is a spoiled girl who likes the mc, both are tsunderes who have the hots for the mc.

Seriously, people saying that Kyuubi was mass of hatred to justify him not turning good were deluding themselves. Tailed Beasts are sentient as thus capable of experiencing emotions, if you didn't got the memo from Hachibi, then sorry, but you were asking for it.

Has the only one Devil Fruit thing really been confirmed at all? All I recall is that Usopp confirms that there can only be one user of the Devil Fruit at a time. Then again Blackbeard appears to be literally stealing the powers from others, but I think the comment made in the recent chapter kind of implies that his entire crew is doing it too (so they'll have multiple fruit powers).

I'm curious on the amount of people he's killed so far are.

Edit: Actually yeah looking back this is somewhat confirmed:

one-piece-1692972kgj54.jpg

But this is all that's said, and Blackbeard has already been said to have a different body type than normal.

As long as he isn't eating the extra fruits, it's not actually breaking established rules.

If he's not then no, but its gonna be assumed at least.

So Oda will have to explain regardless.

If I remember correctly, it's not the literal eating of a second fruit that supposed to be fatal. Rather, it's that a normal person's body is incapable of containing two powers. This was handwaved by Marco revealing that Teach's body is abnormal. Oda probably won't leave it that though (I hope).

IIRC it was more like an Urban legend, superstition, etc so its possible Oda could say "yea its true motherfuckers"

Both seem pretty bullshit to me.

I also have virtually no idea wtf was going on in that Naruto chapter half the time. Really confusing art during most of the big action set pieces.

Bleach is the master of the anticlimax. I shouldn't really be surprised that this arc is no exception.

On the flip side, I'm really curious where we're going now in One Piece. This arc can go any number of really interesting directions now. Also, gotta love Oda's giant "end-of-the-arc" info dumps. I love me some One Piece world building. Not that either revelation is a big surprise. It was pretty obvious when Sengoku recommended Aokiji that that wasn't going to happen, and it was also pretty obvious that Blackbeard would basically replace Whitebeard in the Yonkou. But always good to hear it. Aokiji vs. Akainu would be so epic. Can't wait for Aokiji's inevitable badass reappearance several years from now.

This wasn't handwaved or Oda wouldn't have gone through the trouble of completely concealing BB when he was taking WBs fruit. It's obvious it's not through traditional methods or we would have just seen it....I'd wait for an explanation.

BB is and always will be an overconfident chump, even with all his power...he has his vulnerabilites....I mean leaf smashed him pretty good last time they med, and i doubt he couldnt even scratch any of the admirals.

Its interesting though that Akainu certainly sparked luffys attention while BB didnt. To be honest, I think Luffy has the measure of BB...they are flips sides of coin to some degree

It's not the fact that Ninetales was won over, but how easily it happened. I don't think anyone would have any complaints if they felt Naruto had really tried to form a legitimate partnership with Niney.

Well based on the pic i guess it had some truth then due to the scientists. But its now down to what makes Teach be able to do it and does he really have "no limit".

This wasn't handwaved or Oda wouldn't have gone through the trouble of completely concealing BB when he was taking WBs fruit. It's obvious it's not through traditional methods or we would have just seen it....I'd wait for an explanation.

So we are back to the point of Oda explaining then?

It involves buttsex.

Normally i wont entertain such a convo but that would be way too short lol

Plot hole!

lol

yea after all those years and just some words? ok....(though to be fair thats the power of a Shounen MC).

I liked his attempt Part 1 where he basically stood up to Niney by asking for his power as "rent".

H x H

Well that's quite the cliffhanger.

Interesting to see where the voting's going, pretty much every single "joke" candidate has been removed from the list, all we've got left now is Pariston, Teradain, Leorio, 3 more zodiac hunters, Morau and that Hacker hunter guy for some reason.

Considering they cut it in half this round, will the next decrease in candidates be a 50/50 cut as well? That'd leave us with four plausible candidates in total, right?

I'm kind of expecting Teradain to not survive much longer for some reason, so Pariston, Leorio, Cheadle and Morau will probably be the four left after the next bout.

Pariston seems too confident, I wander what is going on beneath his flashy surface. Did the chairman keep him around for a reason, or was he actually manipulating the chairman?

I think it was stated that the chairman wanted to make his 2nd man the type of person he absolutely hates, because that felt healthier to him than someone who'd only agree with him.

Seems like he hates slimey manipulative bastards.

Shingeki no Kyojin 28

Oh. my. god.

So much shit is going down. I'm with Eren, he should have gone titan from the beginning. These intricate plans don't work in the face of titans, they're too strong. BTW that female Titan is a B.E.E.

(Boss, exceeding, excellence)

What part doesn't make sense to you?
The Demon Fist was looking for a new disciple ever since his last one lost to Kenichi. He was going to make that wrestler chick his new disciple originally but changed his mind to making Miu his disciple. That's why he abducted her. He is having her brainwashed so she will obediently because his disciple. Kenichi and Sakaki are trying to save her, only those two could go because they can't afford plane tickets for everyone.
Seems like one plot line to me.
1. Miu's past
2. Sakaki vs. god fist
3. No disciple / Kidnapping
All three have nothing to do with each other.

It's not that I can't follow the narrative. It's just kind of...bad. It is all over the place, skips around a lot, and really has no central theme.

Yea the chairman chose him mainly because he wasn't just a "yes man" and the other hunters are aware that he's just putting on a front.

Hell Togashi is showing that to the readers as well.

Stop posting in it then.
lol

Agreed. I don't think it was ever supposed to be some big epic confrontation (although the small skirmish was still boring). The confrontation between Ginjou and Ichigo is about the plot, not about the fight. That is actually a refreshing change considering all of Ichigo's other confrontations have been solely motivated by sword swinging. This time, it's different. Whether or not Kubo delivers relies on this flashback, which we have yet to see.
Back in the good ol' days of part one I absolutely despised the Sauce. Nowadays, it's slim pickings for who is going to do some serious ass kickings with no regards for the shit around him. The Sauce is one of them.
I'm sorry bro, but it's true. I mean, how is what we're seeing NOT TnJ? Naruto says "Awwww, well, shucks. Chilling with you in me ain't so bad after all" and now we're gravy.
yea talking and resolving shit=wtf is this shit amiright?

kyuubi finally starting to like naruto after 17 years of them protecting each other=herpaderptnjlol

Miu's past is linked to god fist through his dead former disciple and the kidnaping is linked through how sakaki spoiled demon gods (i think thats the silat guys code) last attempt at taking a big titted girl to brainwash
at least thats what comes up in my head
