I did, I don't have a PC for gaming, but to be honest, I've put in alot of hours in the last week, and have yet to crash. I just don't know enough about PC hardware to do it, which is funny, because I work with computers.
The game was fun for PS3 for the first 40 hours, but then the performance turned to shit and I cut my losses and sold it before the priced dropped too much. You might never play the game long enough to run into issues, but I don't trust Bethesda to ever fix their shit.

ps3 is a good system now. it was a piece of garbage and strictly a blu-ray player for about a year after i got it (in 2007), but it has quality games now.
the problem with skyrim on ps3 is after you play it for 50+ hours the framerate drops to sub 10 fps because of all the items moved/dropped/left in the world and it bogs the system down. apparently there is nothing they can do to patch it either

i loves me some psone classics and the integration with psp! they also have some really good first party games but for the most part ps3 third party games are worse than 360
It's an MLB machine, that's it. Oh and Sly Cooper. I bought it for JRPGs. I'm dumb.

I've got Dark Souls and the ICO/Shadow of the Collosus still wrapped, but I'm considering returning Dark Souls. I have no patience when it comes to games that are known for being extremely frustrating. I don't like not being able to save before a boss fight, that might make me a bitch, but if it takes me 20 minutes to get to a boss, who owns me, then I do it again, and get owned again, I know me, I'll put the game down forever.

Turned up the AI settings, edited every player on the defense to have 99 catching/awareness/speed.
They would NEVER intercept it.

What's funny is I remember playing Madden with Jim Harbaugh as the Ravens QB. He sucked then, not much has changed.
You'll love DS2 if you enjoyed the original. And Portal 1 and 2 are a great change of pace compared to a lot of the generic shit released these days. I've been slacking with gaming in general and haven't played any of the others on the list though.

LA Noire - if you can get it for $20 or less it is entertaining.... not sure i'd really call it a GAME. it's more of like an interactive crime story although i guess there are SOME shooting parts

BioShock - never played it on ps3 but i did on 360.... game of the generation!
Dead Space 2 (played the first) - heard it was better than the first.... got it for $5 on pc but haven't played it yet
