Well that is why I said Nice looking, clearly there is some but none that really spoke to me. I have very weird tastes as far the Yuri genre, my favorites are some of the worst performing of all time haha.
Well, there's yuribait, and then, there's yuri anime like A Channel and to an extent Yuru Yuri. I think you're looking for the former rather than the latter. I assumed you meant yuribait because Prince of Tennis isn't really a Boys Love anime in the same vein as Togainu no Chi.

Yeah I'm looking for a real Yuri show when I say Yuri. Loved me some Sasmeki, Aoi Hana, Blue Drop, and a few others.
More of a fan of Yaoi Bait kinda then Yaoi Shows. Don't get me wrong love some real Yaoi from time to time but luckily I got plenty of both of these for when the mood hits.

Drama surrounding the characters has gotten a little interesting, as well as the mystery of the town. Slice of life isn't too bad once in a while I guess, but I think the main character could do with a little more development as he's a little unlikable.
FLCL, LtGH, Love Hina, Hellsing, Azumanga, Renmei, .hack//sign (questionable, but I liked it), Last Exile, Kiminozo, Wolf's rain, WH robin, scrapped princess etc etc. And those are just a handful among many great shows.
But you know, I get the feeling that art has went up a notch in this era. All we need are some good stories to be animated and I think the industry will flourish once again.

For me, it was early to mid 90s era that I enjoyed the most.
My favorite time was probably around mid 2000's so like 04-06.
Though weirdly my top three animes are from the 70's, 80's and 90's.

Well my top three are just my favorite's in my favorite Genre's.
UFO Robot Grendizer for Mecha (Though Getter Robo G is a very close second to me.)
ZZ Gundam from the 80's (I actually like ZZ better then any other Gundam as I find Judau to be a more enjoyable lead then anyone not named Amuro and I loved ZZ design and it's only third to Wing Gundam Zero EW and Wing Gundam EW)
Sailor Moon for 90's however Battle Athletes OVA ranks pretty high for me.
Though I must admit between Kaleido Star Season 1 and The Layla OVA's or Maria Watch Over Us usually will take the place for my top 3.

Mardock Scramble Movie 1
Took a half year break from anime, I guess this is a good start to come back to anime watching. I liked the Mardock manga, the anime did change the story a bit, instead of learning the main character's back story from a long flash back, the anime tell her back story bit by bit from her conversation, small flash back, and a court hearing.
I guess the change is for the better, it gives a better impact, and the story is a lot faster pace compare the the manga. The story did end with a huge cliffhanger, and since this is a theater movie release, every episode will be at least 1 year apart.
Must resist reading the manga or light novel for spoiler =/

I caved and decided to see this to the end. By the end all I can think of is what the hell do these girls see in this guy?! Ugh. Also, I agree with some of the other dudes here in that Charlotte is the best (Laura is cool too but i think it's just cuz i have a thing for girls with eye-patches).

I agree. I like today's animation and art more than the 90s. Not sure if good stories help the industry though. Good stories don't mean shit when the audience is bad.
