nah, i thought we would be 1 and out again this year, but im really happy with the bracket as it is.
the team that would slap us silly would be the ravens where ray rice would get 20+ on every play and the murderers would destroy the oline to get to brady. but as it stands we might dodge them until the afc championship or dodge them completely.
-bengals/houston what evs, its cake
-steelers/tebows what ever happens. if either beats baltimore, again cake
-but if they dont, it'll be trouble
-just need a team with a shitty defense from the nfc so brady can go on a shootout and we are set

Ravens,Steelers,Texans are all top three...
Steelers would go on the passing attack, while the Texans would try to run the ball and keep Brady off the field.
Ravens is probably most balanced offensively.
Best case for Patriots is for Texans to lose, face the Bengals...and let Ravens/Steelers murder each other.
That is the most likely scenario but nothing ever goes as predicted in the playoffs.

steelers already beat you, texans and ravens have the defense and pass rush to disrupt brady and the running game to keep him off the field, its not like the patriots have a good run defense or anything. Anything is possible, sure the patriots could make it to the superbowl but i think its just as likely they are one and done.

TBH I think the Patriots drew the absolute worst field of opponents to play this year. All three teams are a huge threat to beat them, even the Texans as they can shred the Pats weak D with Foster and Tate then set up the play action.
steelers will never reach the bowl when they have to play at foxboro. they have always been choke artists, not worried about them one bit.
This offense has faced better Ds than houstons and scored 30+ on them, also doubt their 4th/5th string qbs will be able to keep up with that
broncos have tebow, bengals i havent watched this year at all so dont know. doubt either are gonna do anything
afc is shit this year, this is our best chance to win the superbowl for awhile

The Patriots defense doesn't give up that many points though.They are the 15th ranked scoring defense I believe.

the pittsburgh game was away from home, 30 & 37 on the jets, 41 on denver, 38 on philly, 34 on KC, 20 on giants. if we get 25+ on houston its pretty much over

Analysis is fine, but I don't really consider comparing number totals much analysis. Like captive brought up specifics about houston's defense and why he thinks they'd matchup up nicely, that's analysis... saying one team put up X number of points against another team therefore... that's not really worth anything to me.

Misleading stat. It says more about the offense than the defense.
i already told you above, a powerful running game and a very good defense. dont know why thats so hard for you to understand. all they need from whoever is at QB is to not turn the ball over and to occasionally get the ball to AJ80.
im not going to keeo arguing with you though since you obviously dont seem to know much about the texans, cant say i blame you as they arent a popular team and i would expect nothing less from a pats fan.
They need to get past the Bengals first and then go from there.
