In my opinion the best shooter ever on Live was Return To Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War for the original Xbox. That community was hardcore and the game was very team oriented and skill based. I must have played it for years.

Oh and Jedi Academy on both Live and PC awesome MP game.

What I wouldn't give for a downloadable MP version.

I miss Gears 1 before everyone starting glitching. Never owned the game but when I played it in split screen online I was a monster. I could take down entire teams by myself. Gears 2 sucked online ;_;

I had fun in Gears but that last man standing bullshit tested my patience. I love Halo because everyone is equal at the start, you spawn multiple times in game and I can just fire it up, play a few games, and jump back off. No need to "earn" weapons or other bullshit.

I miss the Star Wars Battlefront II PC beta. Game was so much better then. And people actually picked classes other than the Rocker Launcher and Shotgun dudes.

lol

My old webcam on my desktop computer is terrible. My laptop cam is better.

The reach beta was amazing , but when reach came out it was meh

Nothing can bring back halo 2/3 multiplayer, I played that everyday when it came out <3

These days I'm playing just call of duty and games I rent from red box, also lots of retro games I buy from thrift stores.

Just beat resident evil 2 last week, never played it before 0_o

Halo: CE is still my favorite multiplayer out of the games, probably because I got so good at sniping people with the pistol from across the map. Felt like a damn God, then they take my pistol away. :(

Gears is only really good in co-op if you ask me. I can't really sit through it single player.

You know PCs are pretty good when it comes to multiplayer gaming.,,

I'm not gonna go look for it now... I've stayed up all night... and now I need to drive to ikea... bleh.

Red bull and I'm good to go...

Bye thread..

good night/good day.

fucking ikea, and their backless shoe cupboards and their two leg balance systems that cost me £110 ($170).

What am I suppose to do? check that a cupboard has four legs and a back? It was up against a wall... ggrrr....

And fricken B&Q that allows you to reserve and collect but doesn't actually reserve stuff for you.

Give 3 a try. Only thing you earn are either weapons/levels in horde or character/weapon skins.

The fact that ShockingAlberto doesn't look like a chibi Conan O'Brien has shattered my world.

So comcast shut off my Internet by accident. After talking with them they gave me a "lol sorry can't do anything until tomorrow bye"

I'm so burned out on video games from the Game of the Year/Steam Achievement stuff that it's hard to rationalize picking up a controller.

I had all day to do nothing but play Skyrim or Dark Souls, played 45 minutes of Skyrim, and then just watched Netflix.

I am trying to build a portfolio and find a job, so I am trying to avoid games. Like you said, the post-Steam achievement hunt burnout is making this a lot easier for me. I have Dark Souls and El Shaddai to get through, but it seems like a chore to even turn on the XBox.

What was great about Halo CE was exploiting weapon placements and the physics system. I could start a match, throw a grenade, and instantly be holding whatever weapon I wanted.

I was unstoppable. I was a god.

And then Halo 2 rolled around and I went from dominating CTF LAN games with 5 caps, 200+ kills and only a handful of deaths to seeing a persistent .5 k/d and never scoring anything in team games at all.

Some people would call this balance. I call it the death of fun.

Working at home is always the real dream for many people and when you do it, it stays fun for about a year, after that you just want a proper workplace away from home, sometimes as far away from home as possible :p

Yeah, I had a week off last week with everyone else out of town. I basically sat at home and played Skyrim for hours and hours, and by Monday I was ready to come back to work just so I would be DOING something.

Of course, right now I just wish I were playing Skyrim, but that's neither here nor there.

I did so much work from home while I was off, that by the time I got back to work I wasn't so behind!

:(

This thread is so powerful it formed a dimensional gateway to the Gaming side

Wait, what? Also, you look like a latino Brendan Frasier.
