Should have stopped at game 2, jesus. Going 0-5 and not even wanting to play from 3 on is a great idea. And by great idea, I mean the dumbest fucking thing I've ever done in regards to Dota. Apologies to my teammates, you deserved better.
I should really stop randoming, yeah.

Nah stop being so negative it was fine.
Here's my problem with the genre:
I can play any other team game, play bad, and I won't ruin the game for my entire team. This game is the complete opposite of that, and usually the rest of my team is incredibly adamant about reminding me for 30+ minutes about how much I'm ruining their game. By that point, I've pretty much stopped learning anything about the game and I'm ready to disconnect.
Playing with 4 good players is better, because I can still play like shit and not completely ruin it for them. The problem then is when I play with better players on my team, I get matched with better players (This is how it works for HoN and LoL, not sure if this is how it works in DOTA2 yet) who usually stomp all over me.
I don't mind learning curves in games at all, but there's much more than the learning curve that is working against new players in this genre.
Any game/sport that has 5 people on a team (or fewer) and the worse you do will have a bigger effect on the game. Also playing with good players isn't always the best thing to do, all that ends up happening is that you get carried to a higher MMR and possibly get owned while doing so.
Anyway Dota2 doesn't even have any of the tools implemented to help people learn the game, and as I've said all along the beta isn't really the best place to learn the game.
I learned something today. "Yaz" means "fish" in Russian. I was playing a matchmaking game with this Pudge (he was actually pretty good) who barely spoke English and couldn't understand most of our English. There was a Slardar on our team, and Pudge kept referring to him as "fish", and he said that yaz means fish in Russian.
On what stream is this? Sounds like the most interesting matchWatching SK vs EG right now.

Yeah SK totally had it before that.SK getting outplayed after about 15 minutes. Crystal Maiden had 9 kills early, lol.
How good is Windrunner? She's like always picked

good support/ganker, can solo the long lane and manage to survive
But can they survive!anybody can solo the long lane.
I sure enjoy his enthusiasm but I definitely prefer Tobioh my god this caster is pretty bad
But can they survive!
"Showcasing how to play Lich at a very high level." - Teleport and ulti.
"Showcasing how to play Furion at a high level." - Doesn't die because of teleport.
yes
Yeah, windrunner is a decent 2v1 because because she can actually have lane presence due to her stun and a pretty imba escape.
I sure enjoy his enthusiasm but I definitely prefer Tobi
Lumi is a smarter caster than Tobi. Tobi is more enthuastic. Tobi needs Syn or someone more knowledgeable backing him up.

Apparently I was wrong so far. Rhasta keeps warding horribly.SK getting outpicked unless Pudge somehow ganks nonstop.
Not a big fan of his crazy enthusiasm, seems like he can't control himself when things are going on, always yelling and shit.i dunno, tobi casts teamfights way better.
