Peyton fan. He asked me how he'd do on the Niners and with them already having a dominant defense, solid WRs, a great TE, and an above average running game they would be insanely good with Peyton for years to come. You don't agree? Alex Smith is a black hole on that team that will prevent them from getting far in these playoffs.

But how healthy is Peyton? Is is set in stone that he'll be full strength next season, or does he need to avoid more setbacks?
From my understanding, his neck issues were a little more serious than Nick Collins', who might be done, but hopefully will be back for next season.

I agree, if Peyton is healty he could win Super Bowls with a good team around him, hope he doesn't 'cause if he wins 2 more I will be forced to use a Manning avatar here on GAF.

I was just wondering what team you supported :).

Some teams view it as a sexist distraction.

The Browns don't have attractive women nor do they have Browns fans that fill the stadiums.

Eh, Green Bay uses local college cheerleaders because that's just how Green Bay rolls.

The other teams I imagine it has something to do with being mostly cold weather places. Well, Detroit is in a dome but I'll let others make a joke about that one.

No idea, that's the big "if" here. It could continue to linger and cut short his career or it could 100% heal and not be a problem again, who knows at this point. More likely it'll probably continue being a major issue since it's such a delicate injury but let's hope that's not the case. These next few months will be telling.

Browns fans always fill the stadium. Must be thinking of Cinci

Doesn't matter who they play, they've always sold out since returning to the league. That doesn't mean people don't resell their tickets, but that happens everywhere. And plenty of teams can't even sell what they have to in order to dodge a black out.

At least give them something. Loyalty is about all they have.

Well that'd be one alternative to outright firing Schottenheimer. Peyton Manning is going to want to do his own thing. Also allows Rex Ryan to focus even more on the defense.

It'd be weird to see Peyton play on a "diva" type team though.

He'd slap any bitches into place. He's not afraid to show people he's pissed off.

List of teams I will root for:

1. Pats

2. Bengals
3. Texans
4. Niners
5. Lions
6. NO

If all those are out, I'll stop watching the playoffs.

It's tough to decide who I'll root for today...

It isn't that much of a diva team anyway. The stuff with Holmes is blown so out of proportion.

anyone watching the highschool EAST VS WEST game? going into commercial breaks, seems like they are using the Premier League Football Theme from Soccer. But they tweaked it a bit so they wouldn't be sued or somethin.

anyway, just a random post.

NFL Wild Card Weekend Predictions:
  • Cincinnati > Houston
  • Detroit > New Orleans
  • Pittsburgh > Denver
  • Atlanta > NY Giants

Good luck to all teams, Go Lions!

I'm watching NFLN right now.

AJ Green just claimed that the Bengals asked him who he wanted at QB when he was visiting them before the draft, and he answered Dalton.

Any references to this that people are aware of? That's kind of shocking if true.

Gotta take the Bengals. I can't bring myself to root for anything Texas. Detroit should make it an interesting game tonight but I can't see the Saints choking at home.
