As Narag just said, Ben genuinely likes him.

Last I saw, Ben wants Arians so Arians is retained so maybe the Steelers aren't so much brain dead but Ben is brain damaged.

1997 U of Alabama OC. 4-7 season, and fired for a disastrous call against Auburn. How he got a job after that season, I don't know. He was so bad, that I somehow remember Alabama's OC from 14 years ago.
