Space Thunder Kids is an important historical document that must be viewed with a keen analytical lens. Why else would it be on Archive.org?

To be honest, Space Thunder Kids is merely kinda quaint in its terribadness. I found it to be mostly just inane and boring and certainly not something either terribly hilarious or soul crushing. What I watched of it felt mostly like a waste of time.

I guess you can watch it so you can claim you managed to sit through the whole thing, but is that really an achievement?

This is what I mean by a legitimately bad show. So bad you don't enjoy watching it. That's 'terribad'. Garzey's Wing isn't 'terribad' because I laughed.

2012 is, clearly, the superior year.

CCS 20

Meilin is awesome. That is all.

That was an enjoyable marathon. Thats all i brought with me to my parents house for the weekend, so no more Sakura until i get back to my house after work tomorrow morning.

I just got a new shipment in, so im looking at the following:

Kobato collection 2
Amagami SS collection 2 (finally in stock!)
Rozen Maiden Overture ova
Best Student Council
Heaven's Lost Property (sora no otoshimono)
And Yet the Town Moves ( Sore de mo Machi wa Mawatteiru)

What to watch before going to work?

Soredemo easily.

Aozora Shoujotai - 6

the eating contest episode was so absurd over the top but so funny. Too bad this was pretty much the final episode, the last episode a side-story about the relationship between Sakura and the captain.

Why wouldn't I like Sailor Moon? I think you're right, but I want to hear your reasoning.
I dunno, I think the way you've reacted to various other shows I've had you watch has left me hesitant in general. :(

I do think you'd enjoy S though, but maybe not what you'd need to watch to get there so much.

Lol. I can't even remember the last "serious" recommendation you gave me.
Does Black Lion count as serious? Like, I didn't offer you shows like Arjuna and Yami to make you suffer. I thought that maybe you'd find enjoyment from their unintentional comedy. Now it's clear I read too much into how you liked Black Lion.

Surely you must have known that Yami is suffering for everyone!

Bolding ones I like, stikeouts for a few franchises I particularly dislike.

I'm up to like episode 8 or whatever of Chihayafuru. I've realized that I don't like Chihaya. *stirs the pot*

I'd also appreciate input on whether the following series are worth watching/picking-up. I'm trying to slim down my list; like cross shit off.
BLOOD-C (heh)
Deadman Wonderland
Durarara
Flag
Guilty Crown
Gundam Unicorn
Last Exile - The Silver Wing

Madoka Magica (this will be interesting...)

Mirai Nikki
Mystic Archives of Dantalian

Natsume Yujincho
Persona 4
Rainbow
Redline
Shiki
Tatami Galaxy
UN-GO
Wandering Son

Yozakura Quartet

Obligation watches/finishes for future ordering purposes
[Ben-Tou][Black Lagoon OVA][Break Blade][Croisee Labyrinth][Fate/Zero][Fractale][Gosick][Ika 2][Index II][Iroha][Katanagatari][KnT2(maybe...)][Level E][Maria Holic Alive][Mashiroiro Symphony][Penguin Drum][Shana 3][Usagi]

And what's that recent gag manga with the girls that everyone gifs? I can't believe I forgot the name...
Nichijou, probably? Yes, definitely watch it too.

As for crossing off stuff on the main list, I would strike through a bunch of them, but I haven't watched any of a lot of them, so I don't think I should strike those out even if I didn't watch them because I'm pretty sure I'd think they are bad if I did watch, so I won't. There are a few I don't know much about at all (Flag, Yozakura Quartet), but the rest... I might watch Redline sometime, but most of those, I don't think so. (As for Blood-C... that show is so, so bad, and so messed up and stupid, but if you know that and want to watch it anyway... eh, maybe?)

As for those others though. Natsume - Watched an episode or two, didn't like it. Shiki - might be okay if you want a horror series. Tatami Galaxy - I've heard it's good, but haven't seen it myself. Deadman Wonderland, Persona 4 - have heard bad things, probably avoid. Gosick - I initially thought this series was pretty good, and defended it for a good while, but late in the series turned on it and I can't quite recommend it now, going by the whole series. Ep. 19 was the turning point for me, and it didn't save itself after that either.

Are you going to watch Aika R-16 and Aika Zero?

You're right that R-16 and Zero don't have plots that are nearly as solid as the original OVA series does, for sure, and that is one of the reasons why they are worse. Still, they both eventually do develop a plot. Good enough plots, probably not, but something.

what is the japanese slang term for a browngirl?

or for a girl with flat breast but with glasses and a maid costume but with and green-blue hairs?

I'm going to go with the consensus.

My plan is to finish these first:
Ben-Tou
Croisee Labyrinth (1ep)
Fractale (1ep)
Gosick (1ep)
Ika 2 (1ep)
Iroha (2 ep)
Level E
Mashiroiro Symphony
Penguin Drum

Have a movie/OVA fest sometime:
Black Lagoon (1ep)
Break Blade (1ep)
Redline

Then start these and maintain currents:
Amagami SS
Chihayafuru
Daily Lives of High School Boys
Fate/Zero
Gintama`
Nisemonogatari
Shana 3
Zero F (don't even ask)

Finally to the problem:
BLOOD-C (try)
Durarara
Madoka Magica
Natsume Yujincho (try)
Tatami Galaxy (cause survivor raves about this shit)
Wandering Son

As you can see, a lot of my finishes are like 1-2 episodes which shows my levels of commitment.

/organized

I had to look this up but I don't think Chihaya fits this bill since she hasn't been shown to be self conscious about her breasts.
Kanade = boobs & poems
Chihaya = no boobs & bat hearing

Kanade > Chihaya

Gintama 79 (rewatch)

Just as great as it was the first time.

(mild spoilers for future episodes, kinda)
It amuses me that Kondo is so reluctant to go outside au naturel here when later on doing so becomes practically a facet of his personality.

Utena 34

I think some of the plot points went a bit over my head since I was pretty tired when watching it...

Were we told two conflicting tales about the witch and the prince? One during the shadow puppet play and the other during the flashback?

If that's not the case then could someone summarize the actual tale, please! Way too tired to watch it again at the moment and I've got a lot of work to do this week =(
