Screw you guys. Have some respect!

It's EPL + one Welsh club.

I admit, I'm guilty of calling it EPL.

The number of injuries is not normal, something seriously wrong with our physios/medical staff either that or they are taking short cuts.

The club is on a spiral out of the top 4, no CL football next year brings further trouble. Any team not named Barcelona who tried an attacking game against us in years gone by would have been smashed. Losing to a championship team. Disgraceful.

It seems that David Moyes is in Coimbra watching the match between Académica de Coimbra and Vitoria de Guimarães.
He´s there to see Adrien, a midfielder from Sporting on loan to Académica.

Disappointed today with Arsenal. Should never have started Yossi instead of Rosicky. He just disappeared and never helped out in the middle. Walcott had yet another shit game even though he got a goal. Didn't help that Ramsey had a rough game so we basically lost the midfield for large parts of the game.

I'm sure Bayern will play CL next year, don't worry.

Spanish refs are the worst in Europe. Was watching the Athletic match, and the dude handed out 2 yellows to the same player and he forgot about handing the player a yellow already, the linesman had to remind him that the player already had a yellow lol.

Because Wales doesn't have a league?

edit: Nor does Spain haha. How do non Barcelona/Real Madrid teams still have supporters?

Wales does have a league, but the standard is terrible.
Think Scottish league (2 horse race), but really low quality pub team standard football.

Swansea are there by merit though; we've all seen that this season. Think they'll be there for a few seasons yet if they keep the core of that team.

I think Swansea have shown that they have the players and the ability to be a very good side. Calling them a championship team is factually incorrect and disrespectful to a team that have played exceeding well this year.

I really like this Athletic team, hope they make it to the CL next season instead of Levante.

Not even close to the worst. Mistakes like that happens sometimes (Austrian ref mixing up two players and giving a red card to someone who wasn't even near the tackle), but overall looking you will just have to watch a few serie a matches to know that's not true. :p

great player.

Me too. Not a supporter of any Spanish team but I really like Athletic Bilbao.

Definitely. Really impressive side and they play good football.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
What on earth is going on with Arsenal's defense though? 6 conceded at home, 25 away.

They just don't have very good defenders, and even the rubbish ones are never fit.

Vermaelen- top class but injury prone
Koscielny- inconsistent
Mertesacker- utter shit
Squillaci- utter shit
Djourou- utter shit
Miquel- just a kid

That's just the CBs. Apart from Sagna the full backs are Gibbs the eternally-crocked, fat Santos and schoolboy Jenkinson. Away from home they no longer have the guile to stop the opposition getting the ball in dangerous areas.

One has to wonder what prompted Wenger to sign Mertesacker. Arsenal needed a quality centre-half and we can all see that Mertesacker is not that good. He was decent when I saw him play for Schalke but never anything more than that.

Yes, actually my comment wasn't in that sense, I was just curious about it. Swansea is a very good football team to watch, better than many english sides in the PL.

They should buy Maynor Figueroa, Wigan is too shitty right now :p

Serie A-GAF, tell me seriously how psyched I should be regarding Emanuele Calaiò. He is doing wonders at Siena. Maybe he'll go back to Napoli ?

And also, obligatory Klosinho pic of the day :

I FUCKING LOVE FOOTBALL MANAGER

Started with AFC Wimbledon and came 2nd in League 2 scoring over 100 goals, more than 30 more than any other team. Also won the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, and was offered the Leeds, Hull and Ipswich jobs in the close season. Turned them all down because I was going to take Wimbledon all the way but then relegated WBA offered me the job and I'm top with 87 goals scored in 24 games and beat (admittedly a team with Bebe and a bunch of nobodies) Man Utd 7-3 in the Carling Cup semi-final. I'm a walking god.

Tottenham bought Cavani, City bought Hazard, United bought Goetze.

Liverpool bought Arshavin.

We really need to beat Arsenal next weekend. It will be tough playing them at the Emirates but if we want to win this title then we have to be able go there and win. We're not looking great ourselves but we should have more than enough to deal with Arsenal.

Tough tough games to follow aswell so we need to record a victory and keep the pressure on City.

He's not too bad! It's unlikely, because he's in his 30s now.

Sky reckon Berbatov is in Germany for talks with a couple of clubs there. I don't know if they've just picked up the guy who tweeted a picture of Berbatov boarding a flight to Frankfurt earlier, wouldn't put it past them.

Anyhow, I think Berbatov should leave in all honesty but I wouldn't want to lose him now, not with the amount of injuries we already have. It's strange though, he just signed that extension but perhaps it was just to retain his value.

Guess we'll know soon enough.

Why sell Berbatov? He's pretty good against the minnows!

With this guy?

Nice picture :p

Interesting, Sebastian Ribas will be our striker tonight, can´t wait to see if he is any good. Rodriguez is also back in the starting eleven, he will join Onyewu in the center of the defense.

Swansea were a lot of fun to watch today. I can't wait to see what kind of time McEachran can get while on loan there. He'll be training with the squad tomorrow.

That doesn't explain the huge disparity between their home and away defense though. The vast majority of the time, you'll concede more away than you do at home. But at a ratio of over 4:1?

I'm trying to think who we'd have

-Rooney
-Hernandez
-Welbeck

All that springs to mind who's fit. When's Owen due to be alive again?

don't think we'll sell him unless we've got a replacement in mind already. Fergie likes Macheda too so he might take berba's place next season.

Hmm I can't see it. We've sold Gibson and I can't see us losing Berbatov aswell. That'd be 2 squad players down and we're already thin as it is.

Only way I see Berbatov leaving is if there's a really really good offer for him on the table.

He's better off leaving though IMO. He needs to be playing.

God I hope not Macheda is poor.
