The thing about any city/country getting overrun with trouble makers comes down to density and dilution.

Think of it this way. You live in a decent area where the neighbourhood is a bunch of square blocks and let's say 100s of houses and some apartments.

Turns one one unit becomes a drug house.

Chances are pretty good nobody will notice and unless that sketchy house causes a ton of trouble nothing will happen.

But let's say it grows into 2 drug houses? Then 5? Then 10 etc…

We'll, it gets to a point trouble starts brewing and everyone notices.

At that point it's up to cops and the city to intervene and clean it up. It's not citizens. The gov alway tells people to not be vigilantes so sit back and do nothing while the cops are supposed to do their job.

But if the cops don't do anything due to whatever agenda they got (like they are lazy or on the take) then of course more trouble will happen and people living in the area get pissed.

It's not a hard thing to understand and fix. But it comes down to if the cops and gov have the guts and initiative to actually do something about it, or just let it fester into entire blocks of drug dealers.

And like anything life. The bigger the snowball of trouble the harder it is to fix.

Actually there is data that light rifle rounds, .223/5.56 type stuff, tumble and fragment when going through walls and break-up far better than the larger, heavier 9mm rounds. Obviously bullet design dependent but there are definitely rifle rounds that underpenetrate walls/doors compared to some pistol rounds.

I think it came from the initial shots that put the guy on the floor, which I don't think was captured on video as the one i've seen he was on the floor already.

One or more of the shots went through the door.

I'm somewhat surprised as the doors look reinforced. If you use Google street view you can see that the doors were replaced some years ago and the new ones look more secure.

They didn't shoot directly at the men behind the door, but they did shoot in their direction (the attacker was in front of the door).

At the end of the day, they were shot by the police and it could have been prevented while eliminating the attacker.

I'll do some very basic math for you. Assume ALL of the HIV patients known to the NHS see a doctor EVERY day. Assume ALL of the 6k patients are immigrants. These are ridiculous assumptions but even with these ridiculously over the top assumptions that's literally 0.35% of the NHS burden per day. its all the fault of <0.35%, and we will be so much less crowded by reducing 0.35%! Is this logical to you? The amount of HIV patients is miniscule and the number of HIV immigrant patients even smaller than that miniscule number.

Social housing demand has risen because there is a massive rise in prices and a housing crisis, yes. I'm not sure how much of that is immigrants and how much of that are the poor fuckers who can't afford houses themselves anymore with the massive increases but this has nothing to do with what I was saying.

Whilst the numbers overall might be small fry in comparison to all the issues of the country, remember that all the issue with the country is just an accumulation of lots of issues. Look to the trends and ask "Is this getting worse or better?"

Like the frog in a slowly boiling pot, you have to ask when is the right time to call the alarm? When the building has burned down? When you see flames? When there's smoke? When you see flammable material that could cause a blaze?

The results were dramatic. In 1995, 55,000 foreigners were granted the right to settle in the UK. By 2005 that had risen to 179,000.

But ministers wouldn't talk about it. In part they probably realised the conservatism of their core voters: while ministers might have been passionately in favour of a more diverse society, it wasn't necessarily a debate they wanted to have in working men's clubs in Sheffield or Sunderland.

Of course we're too small a country to afford an open door - but, by the same token, if the immigrants dry up, this city and this country will become a much poorer and less interesting place. Why is it so hard for Gordon Brown to say that?

Neighbours of the Manchester synagogue attacker reported concerns to police about a family member being "radicalised" and attempting to "preach" the Qur'an to local children

One neighbour said "everything changed" during the Covid pandemic when Shamie and the other relative started wearing traditional Islamic dress, holding "private" gatherings in the garden and attempting to "preach the Qur'an" on their quiet suburban street.

They said the "followers" of Shamie and the family member would "congregate" in the family's front garden: "They didn't have any white friends. I thought: what the heck is going on? It wasn't just praying in the garden – it was private and secret."

He ain't the only one. You can be sure there are more. From what we've seen here, it's not even about people being too scared to be marked as racist for reporting weird shit to the police cause nothing will be done if they do.

I've read and watched too many accounts over the last few days showing how bad shit can be and the investigating division will just say "Don't see an issue".

Prevent learning review: Axel Muganwa Rudakubana (accessible)

Axel Muganwa Rudakubana (AMR) was referred to Prevent three times. The first referral was received from AMR's teacher on 5 December 2019. The teacher reported a number of concerns regarding behaviours which included being excluded from his previous school for carrying a knife and searching for mass school shootings on the internet using his school account. After a discussion with Prevent officers (CTCOs) in which AMR accounted for his internet searches, the case was closed on the Prevent system on 31 January 2020. Acknowledgement is made that AMR is extremely vulnerable but there are no CT/DE concerns and appropriate agencies are already in place to support him.


A second referral was received from AMR's previous school on 01 February 2021. It was reported that a pupil had showed them [social media] posts by AMR which they were concerned about and felt AMR was being radicalised. The CTCO acknowledged the previous referral, however considered the [social media] posts to be not CT/DE relevant and the case was closed on 17 February 2021.


A third referral was received from AMR's teacher on 26 April 2021. It reported that AMR had been observed with internet tabs open during a lesson showing a search for London Bomb and seemed to have a passionate interest in Israel/Palestine conflict, MI5 and the IRA. The CTCO acknowledged the previous two referrals but considered that AMR's needs were currently met outside of Prevent and there were no CT/DE concerns to address. The case was closed on 10 May 2021.
