It's crazy but Newt might actually do this now. I can see the GOP base finally starting to coalesce around him. It's amazing what you'd be willing to sweep under the rug if it means getting your guy back in the White House.

exit polls saying the evangelicals answered heavily that "same religion as me" is very important. Which is funny since newt is catholic. Anything but a mormon apparently though.
