Like I said, everyone has different tastes lol I personally like the song, makes it seem like the PS3 is saying "Listen everyone, this is what I'm offering, this is next gen", since the PS3 didn't have such a good first year per say, and the original US commercials were horrible, like the baby one [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqkNPcUMffU&feature=fvwrel], the eye one, the egg one, etc. The quality of the video is bad because the one with the best quality on YT has a big announcement covering the image lol sorry.

Yea that worrys me. I know they are expensive and Sony thinks we wont buy as much but we should of been able to pre order them at least. 16GB and 32GB should of been able to be pre ordered. : (

Id rather not my game system be left outside not just from Chicago cold weather, but because people tend to steal stuff. : ( I buy from Amazon just not expensive shit.

Hey frequency... how many locals have you found with Amazon.ca Vitas in your Near application? I've seen 4 unique players in my immediate area. Only talked to one directly, though... I suppose the others could be import systems.

Well if you dont want to order the actual system from amazon, why not just get the 32gb memory card off amazon? Are you picking up the FEB or the 3g system? If anything, order the memory card on amazon, and make due with the 4gb until the 32gb card arrives.
I'm sure they will get out as many of them as they can, seeing how much profit they must make off them.

In Toronto (east-ish from downtown) as of right now there's 12 people. Everytime I've checked their played games it's been imports though.

I'm guessing the buyer for Vita accessories for Gamestop misjudged demand and ordered a bunch of 16GB cards for stores instead of 32, so now they need to create a story as to why they don't have them!
Also why I order most my stuff from Amazon now. Don't need to worry about Gamestop garbo and I get items delivered right to my home. Already have my 32gb card at my residence from Amazon already!

Have to wait a while before I get to play it though. I'm very excited though and hope the Vita does well. I got the 3DS a couple of weeks ago mostly for Revelations (which is awesome), upcoming Kingdom Hearts and Kid Icarus.

Not to stray too off topic, but the character endings were a large part of previous twisted metals, so losing the characters does bother me.
With that being said, hopefully there will be a vita version of twisted metal. That, and Destruction Derby... and Crash Bandicoot, lol.

None of the games *add* right stick support. It's part of the PSP emulation. You map it yourself.

I'm a sucker... I worked three 90 hour weeks in a row (and the two weeks before that were pretty bad too) so I am getting the first edition as a present to myself. I got Uncharted and UMvC and will get Escape Plan online when I pick it up. Also waiting to hear of a release date for Final Fantasy Type 0. Gravity Rush is also on my to buy list.

Is FFT0 getting a release in the West? All I've read is that Hajima Tabata said the team is working on an "international" version.
Is that international as in a version for the west, or is it international in Square Enix terms? For example, FFXII had an international version and it only came out in Japan. Part of me thinks the interpretation that a few news sites reported on a while a go were a misinterpretation.
I ask because this hasn't been confirmed by Square Enix, it's been quite some time, and nothing actually confirmed a release is imminent.
Also, Square Enix has been really good about announcing titles for the West shorlty after they are announced for Japan. Especially with FFXIII-2, the releases were very close between Japan and the West. I can't imagine why they'd handle it different for Type-0.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if they felt that way. Worse in that the PSP/PS3 hacking vindicates this, even though there's possibly other ways around it.
