It would have to be a pretty high upper level disc to be giving him back spasms. Higher level disc herniations that aren't in the neck aren't as common as Lumbar spine ones that cause leg/thigh pain.
He's had these for a while now according to most reports so I'm sure MRIs done prior would have revealed any sort of problem of the spine if that was the culprit. Doubt they'd miss a disc or vertebral fracture.

Yes. They're very different.
Ibaka has a much higher bbiq. And Ibaka seems to have his jump shot relatively well figured out.
Ibaka's main problem, that i can see, is that he's not that quick off the mark. Other wise he has the frame to be a very good PnR 4. Some of that is on Scott Brooks though, and YNB. He seems to get used fairly poorly for the most part.
The reason no one has found Charlotte is cause no one is looking.
