Ok, I'm caving in, I'm about to preorder. Still hesitant about what games to pick with. I'll be getting Uncharted, for sure.

It's possible if the cart was rendered useless while the download version was activated. So if you sell the cart after registering it, then your download will not work if some guy who bought your cart re-activated it.

Hey now that's an idea! Although I imagine that would bring it's own complications ... not to mention the backlash from the gaming community.

Dont give people ideas. Its nicely done, but incredibly cheesy and doesnt say anything interesting about the product. Does not deserve a thread. Enough Vita threads as is.
 
Ughhh I can't stand this wait, I am 33 in March and I still haven't grown out of wanting a new shiny toy. :]

Thank god, I am not the only one. The only parts I visually liked were the big shadow thing above the building and when that dude stepped out of his cave. But other than the visual presentation this ad is kinda crap.
 
I am hoping this system is successful, but not so successful that my wife can't find one for my 40th birthday this Spring. All the GAF hype is making me think of trading my DSiXL and a bunch of other games. Must resist.

Usually a good idea to wait 4 weeks until after launch to see whether the GAF hype transcends the launch.

Haha, didn't notice the thread for the marketing campaign. Should fit there better I guess.

On another point, has there been any confirmation of price for digital copies of games for the UK PS Store? I have Everybody's Golf on pre-order but would prefer to have it on my device constantly, if it is a similar price I will cancel my pre-order and go digital.

I love the buy one get both. This would be a great way to generate more sales of not only games but also Vitas themselves. Even retail release ps3 games like MLB the show could offer a download voucher within the game. Also this could make for some interesting limited edition pressings of games like assassins creed and call of duty. In the limited edition could be a download voucher for the vita title. It would encourage more people to buy new console games and get people into the vita. Hopefully buy one get both becomes a trend with the vita.

Also games on PSN are 10% less than retail to answer your question.
 
I wanted to pre order the 16 gig card so I looked around. They had 1 left in 3 stores! !! Got lucky. Now I have HSG, FIFA and Uncharted. Only missing my Vita.
 
Any more news on PS1 games? I can't follow that blog with all the PS Vita news. Tried watching a video last night and it had no volume....? Seems like the worst way to disseminate information

I want to know this too just for kicks. I know about letting it sit for a bit before using. I got mine yesterday and it looks pretty nice. Hope the application goes well. I got it for a little under 7 with next day shipping thanks to Amazon honoring the mistake made by Skinomi. I wanted a screen protector before launch and I got one. Now to get my 32GB card with the 2 games on it's way from Amazon.

I asked about it last night in the thread but no one answered. At least they actually touched on it which is nice. Any more information outside of that?

I really want to play VCS again, but that one mission... I forget the name, has left a bad taste in my mouth for years.
